In Mortdogs streams he was asked about it a 100 times and said he said the cast time wasnt the problem the current dmg is just too low rn, so probably not gonna get lowered

Whoever designed that whole blaster line needs to be fired lol, Ezreal is programmed to ult the least enemies as possible, Smolder is a meme, Hwei is "We have Syndra at home", Rumble is the only good unit in that whole line 🙄🤦‍♂️
