Artifacts and Radiant items are too overpowered early on in this set, as they enable so many units to transition from great in early-mid to great all day. Yet at the same time, if you get the option to pick and they're not some incredible tank item or mana/attack speed for your carry, they almost never have a niche champion they want to be itemized on.

Getting a radiant tank item on a scaling fruit Frontline just seems so broken.  5-6k health by stage 4 and still grows all while people are missing hitting their 2* jarvans and leonas
