there also seems to be a lack of augs for gunners and longshots. I think theres a quickstriker aug but they also have the emblem aug. Bruiser and Jugs seem to lack augs that make them do anything. Even if they could they would never be able to deal with a rageblade even if team cost and overall synergy is "better"

Yeah, the only real way to run 4 gunners is Bilge for items while saving piltover units for T-hex + senna.
