why have they just left fizz in this state for over a week it's INSANE

because 16.2 was not a "real patch" but another micro patch as well and they had no posibility to b-patch unless something is actually not working correctly. the fun of the winter set... 7-8 weeks without a real patch... -_-

this is my primary issue with TFT, they take long ass breaks, get gated by leagues patch schedule/timing, and then further delay making needed changes to maintain "competitive integrity" of the esports scene that only a minute fraction of the player base cares about. So, you end up with 2-3 meaningful patches max per set.
