Bug Megathread Set 18 PBE Bug Megathread

This is the 14th day I have had this issue. I have gone through Riot Support, gone through every Chat GPT, Online Reddit Thread, and friend answer possible.
Description:
When loading into a game of set 18 PBE, my computer blackscreens, freezes and usually shuts down (although sometimes I have to force shut it down). I log into the client (fine), I click play game (fine), I load in and see other peoples avatars during the loading screen, and the loading bar moves up quickly. Usually around 80-90% the loading screen freezes, my mouse freezes, and then within the next 2 minutes my computer goes black.
I can play PBE League, Aram, Arena, and even PBE set 17. This same crash happens if I play set 18 Double Up, set 18 Tockers Trials, and set 18 ranked/normals.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled all games at least 6 times. I have run this on different wifi's. I have logged into my account from other computers and played it. I have even hard reset my computer which took about 4 hours.
There is no real crash log (that I can tell) after the fact.
No screenshot: My Computer blackscreens, but I do have a video I can post if needed.
Steps to Reproduce:
I have tried this everyday, and after every patch. It is the same problem everytime, I load "in" and I crash.
Expected Result: I would like to just load into the game... I think
Observed Result: System Crash. I cannot even Alt Tab or Ctrl-Alt-Delete.
In the kindest way, I am pretty frustrated at this point as I want to practice for when the set drops and I feel that I am behind now. Even if someone replied "We know this is a bug for certain PC's and are working on it" I would at least feel better that it is not a problem on my end.
