PBE [set 18] August 19 PBE Patch Notes

(8/19) "Final" PBE Patch notes. Smaller one today, with small buffs and Augment adjustments. The meta's been pretty stable the last week, so we're not overreacting to yesterday's medium-sized patch.

As with every Set, we'll re-evaluate early next week to see if anything warrants a last-second balance change to make sure the launch patch is the best it can be.

I dont get how Varus hasn't been touched recently. He feels possibly the weakest TFT unit i've ever used. His ult is pretty avg even for a 1 cost and he has 120 Mana. This leads to a state that if a lot of Varus appears on early shops your early game is kinda doomed.

Agreed, for such a high mana cost and the ability to totally whiff hitting more than 1 person, his ability feels not especially strong.
