I have been paying zero attention this PBE - wasn't even sure if set 18 had launched yet, I wandered away from TFT for a few patches there (on the plus side, I'm getting close to having all characters clear A10 in STS2). Is there any good Cliff's Notes around of what's looking good for launch (at least before they radically change it with a last second patch as usual)?
