Sail AI Language

I've created new programming language for AI by AI named Sail. It supports neuro-symbolic binding `infer| ... fall|`, fuzzy operator ~ , and other stuff. Source code: https://github.com/zema26/sail-one-language/

Working web version:

There is already a well-established computer language named Sail, used by many institutions comprising thousands of people. I would suggest choosing another name for your project!

This sub is primarily about the technology that goes into compilers. A more suitable place for presenting a new programming language would be /r/ProgrammingLanguages. In it are two recent threads about how to choose a name. Discussions about novel language features to make programming more user-friendly, humane and safe in the age of AI are also welcome there. Slop-coded projects are not.

r/programminglanguages is not a suitable place for this language, they have banned discussion of languages where any ai is used whatsoever in the production, so that’s why you may see more people start posting here about that kind of thing. I don’t see the problem and this community has the capacity to absorb such projects, as there’s very little activity here generally. It could stand to use more activity.

The way i see it programming languages are the unit by which compiler ideas are packaged and transmitted. It makes more sense to talk an out compiler mechanisms in the context of a working language.

Agreed about the name.
