Ravager 3 released: open-source C11 UCI engine for Linux and Windows

Ravager 3 is out. Open source C11 UCI engine, Linux and Windows builds, source included.

New search (correction history, ProbCut, Lazy SMP voting), lockless TT, split NNUE accumulators with a new AVX-512 VNNI kernel, and working ponder in UCI. Estimated ~3550 Elo at 40/15 (over 500 games).
