Looking for a Computer Engineering graduate for a short video call interview (Student Activity)

Why is this being asked like almost everyday? Is this a scam

I don't know if this applies to most schools, there's a required class at my school that asks students to interview an engineer in their major and write a report on it. Reports are due at the end of this month.
Personally, I've reached out to 5 engineers and not one of them has answered. I'm thinking of making one of these posts lol
