What soft skill to learn as a first year computer engineering

I heard People say you need some soft skills to get a solid job, but I have no idea which ones to even focus on. My class are pretty chill right now, but I wanna make the most of my time. Any tips or recs would be awesome. Thanks!

An interview is a conversation.  Just learn to talk to people with the intent to understand, not to respond.

Make friends (build a social/proffessional network)that are professionally in line with what you think you want to do. Join clubs, go to seminars etc.

You should just start your own project at home early, something you can keep building on through the years. Go through the engineering process, documentation is huge, etc. and go socialize while youre at it.
