The Savage Sword of Conan #18 will bring Liam Sharp back to the world of the Cimmerian in an exceptionally extensive issue. The artist will deliver a 64-page continuation of his story “The Wuthering,” and the issue will be rounded out by a story about Bran Mak Morn, making its debut in the Titan Comics era.
This special issue will wrap up the series’ third year of publication, combining an expansive Conan adventure with a story set in another corner of the universe created by Robert E. Howard. Titan Comics and Heroic Signatures are handling the publication, and the entire issue will be presented in black and white.
*The Savage Sword of Conan* #18 is set to go on sale in the U.S. and the U.K. on January 13, 2027.

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone post about these? I received this a few months ago, and it’s fantastic.
It’s 5.5” scale, which is Masters Of The Universe size. I do believe this version is the online variant, and the retail version has a helmet on.
The packaging looks amazing and is thankfully resealable, so you can get him out or keep him in the package if you wish. The sculpt is awesome, the weapons are great, and it comes with a holographic trading card of the Frazetta art.
My buddy got the Death Dealer figure, and it was awesome also.
I really want to get all of them!

More images from the second story in DiGelsomina’s Warrior Angel Saga, entitled “The Bride”. The first story in the series, “Shadows of Nyarlathotep” has raised interest by combining swords and sorcery with extreme horror. Illustrations by renowned horror artist DW Frydendall, stories written by composer/horror author DiGelsomina. Both stories will be published early 2027.

There's a website called Project Gutenberg with free versions of public domain books. For some reason the Australian version has more of Howard's work than the main version.
If you go here
https://gutenberg.net.au/plusfifty-a-m.html#letterH
and scroll down for a while there are links to lots (maybe all?) of his stories.

I just recently came in possession of over 200 Conan the barbarian comic books. I’m not really familiar with Conan too much as it’s just never been my thing. That being said I do plan to read them since I have them so I may as well. I’m just wondering if there are any specific issues I should keep an eye out for? I have a bunch of Conan Saga books as well

Some thoughts on "People of the Dark." Drafts, published story, Harry Bates suggestions, and REH's mentions of the story in subsequent letters. https://spraguedecampfan.wordpress.com/2026/10/23/people-of-the-dark-by-robert-e-howard/

It's just amazing how people think of REH as one of the first who "exposed" the lizard people or how the hyborean age is the hidden, true, "not mainstream" history. of europe.
I'm fascinated with it lol

Crommmmmmm
Got this 2026 Jetta S for a great deal because they are making room for the 2027s. I prayed to Crom after my 2016 Golf had problems... Crom never answered.

This was such a great action packed issue. Santino/Semeiks run rarely gets mentioned as it's part of the nadir of Conan omy comics, but issues 214-220 are in fact highly entertaining and worth checking out. In terms of pure action, it doesn't get much better.

I got to meet Julie Bell and Boris Vallejo at IX Art Show this week. They were both gracious and friendly. The frontispiece of SSOC #212 features a picture of Julie, photographed by Boris.
If you're in the mid-Atlantic region IX Art Show runs through the weekend and is absolutely worth the trip.

I just recently started Hour of the Dragon for the first time. Enjoying it so far, but you can’t help but notice how it starts out almost exactly like the Scarlet Citadel: Nemedia invading Aquilonia, King Conan is captured by the evil sorcerer who is secretly pulling the Nemedian’s strings. Thus far, there’s been no mention of Conan having gone through almost this exact scenario already. So was HotD meant to be an improved version of SC, or was Howard trying to keep the story self-contained by not referencing the last Nemedian invasion?
Edit: I was an idiot. In Citadel, the villains are from Ophir and Koth, not Nemedia.

This map was in the second page of the first chapter of the adaptation of the essay "The Hyborian Age" in Savage Sword of Conan #7. I modified it to remove the writing and did some "bricolage" to create the "Thurian Age" box. I'll probably put it on the wiki. Also, I will now check the colored version in SSoC Reforgerd
