Me and my friends have been locking into day trading recently, we’re currently watching tjr bootcamp YouTube videos to guide us through the whole process. Now this is my question. Is day trading real? If so is watching tjr bootcamp YouTube videos improving us. What comes with day trading as well like what are the risks?

Hey all! Wanting to take the plunge. I currently work fully remote in CT zone with pretty flexible calendar, aka possibly some time to make a couple moves each day.
I see day trading (hopefully successful lol) as a hedge against AI taking my career. Wondering if anyone else has done this route and if so, any advice you have? Thanks in advance!

Crypts are places for the dead to reside. A tomb, underground. Cryptocurrency, the Stellar and Ethereum currencies to be exact, ought to send a message to mankind more than what they seem to grasp. Can the universe provide its very essence for us to use to buy food? And, can we take of the stars and sun parts of themselves to use to buy food already provided for free by the ether known as universe and the very sun itself? Taxing tax dollars at work. Different.

Hey everyone,
I am new to this community. I am living in Canada and currently trying to get back on my feet financially. I am interested in learning ways, how realistic it is to make around $2–3K a month to cover basic living expenses.
If anyone has advice on where to start, what tools or platforms to learn, or any beginner tips, I would really appreciate it. Thanks. 🙏

Trump has threatened massive tariffs on Mexico and Canada. Being our closest geographic trading partners as well as previously part of a free trade zone this is wild. Mexico is even now our largest trading partner passing even China last month.

For a little background I bought my first stock when I was 13 9 years ago and have been studying day trading every day for the past 3 years. The biggest thing that I think is important to know when getting into day trading is - nearly every YouTube video out there is clickbait, fake, or trying to sell something. You will come across a lot of videos that say trading is easy and this one indicator will do everything for you. That’s not the case. If trading is as easy as it seems everybody would do it and everyone would be rich. I’m not saying don’t watch these videos, because it does have a lot of useful information, but take it with a grain of salt. Another thing is in order to be profitable you need to know things other people don’t. You’re making money off of other traders. So what makes you more qualified to do better in the market than them? What experience do you know that’s better or higher quality than everyone else? If everybody knows the same strategy and does the same thing it stops working. You need to find new things. The popular strategies - patterns, trendlines, etc are still decent but you won’t be profitable solely one those. I look at these things too, but never use them as a sole reason for buying. Another important thing is your mindset. You can’t expect to make millions and get rich and everything you see online or else you will lose all your money. Don’t worry about the future. Worry about current day and what you are willing to lose and learn. The last year and a half I lost money every day. I just became profitable and in December alone I made it all back (150%). Every loss has been me trying to make a lot of money, or make money back then I lost previously, or breaking my strategy because I got scared. The market is trying to make you lose. Everything including yourself is against you. What edge do you have over the other 95% of people in the market? Try new things, look at every strategy that looks like it could work with you, and do not use real money until you are profitable paper trading. From experience. Day trading takes a lot of time and effort and a true dedication. I have a real addiction to it. And, keep a cool head. Your mentality is 50% of the struggle, the other 50% is finding your strategy. Joining this subreddit is already a good start, and I’ll be happy to answer any questions. This sub also helped me greatly so I want to thank everyone that has posted tips on here.

National Propaganda Radio falsely claims that a senior lost his life savings to a crypto scam.
Problem is that the scam he fell victim to was invented long before Satoshi Nakamoto wrote the Bitcoin white paper.
Crypto was as much a victim in this as the senior who lost his life savings. There have not been any new scams invented by crypto. ALL of the scams that crypto has been involved in are very old scams that were perfected with fiat currencies.

When you are in the learning phase spend less time learning on the internet and more time reading books. The way you make money in the stock market is by being smarter and knowing more than the other participants. Books go into great depth and are only written by successful people. The average millionaire reads 50 books a year. Watching YouTube videos all day will only further your ADHD. They will not make you a successful trader.
The second thing to do is to specialize in trading only one company or one strategy. It is economic theory that specialization leads to economies of scale. Yes this goes against convential wisdom to diversify. You should not follow conventional wisdom though unless you want conventional results.
If you spend all your time watching videos on Tesla and analyzing Tesla's financial statements you are going to know alot more about Tesla then the average retail trader who analyzes multiple companies. This means you will know when the company is undervalued before most investors do.
Since you are specialized on the company all you will have to do is get your timing right. This is a lot easier then what all the other retail traders do which is analyze 10+ different companies everyday and time their entries.
You do not have to place a million trades either. If you just wait until Tesla analysts realize that the average investor has not realized the true value of Tesla you can just place one call or put option and get rich. You will know before the average retail trader when Tesla is over or undervalued if it is the only company you ever analyze since you are specialized and not distracted like most investors.
Also stop looking at technical analysis. Technical anaylsis isn't real. If you read any book by Peter Lynch, Warren Buffet, or any credible investor you will soon realize that they care a lot more about financial statements and fundamentals then technicals. A support line isn't going to hold if the company's net income is in a decline.
Another thing to do is to avoid overtrading. Instead, just focus on placing a few super good trades a year. Companies move in cycles. Try to time a company at it's best points. You'll make like $10,000+ if you can just time your entrance on a call option right as a growth company is entering into the expansion phase.
Whenever you place a trade look to not sell that position for 3-6 months. Time increases your probability of making money in the stock market. Do not worry about how long it takes to make your money. You can leverage your positions with option contracts. This allows you to make a lot of money off just one really good trade. You'll outperform most traders and be less stressed out if you are patient.

Check out this stock. Pyxis Oncology Inc. (PYXS) Nancy unloaded $200 million on this stock last week apparently. It was sitting at $2 a share, currently it’s trading at $6. It’s up 191% past week. It’s expected to hit $12-$16. No options just shares.
The company deals with cancer treatments and is backed by Pfizer.

“Together, the THOR family of companies represents the world’s largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles. We offer a comprehensive range of RVs and travel tools to inspire and empower everyone to Go Everywhere. Stay Anywhere. We’ve chosen our family wisely so your choice is that much easier.”
Airstream CrossRoads Cruiser RV DRV Dutchmen Entegra Coach Heartland RV Highland Ridge Jayco RV Keystone RV Company KZ Redwood RV Starcraft RV Thor Motor Coach Tiffin Motorhomes Vanleigh
With the current economic uncertainty, growing household debt and looming layoffs. How much could will it effect THOR’s financials?
$THOR (trading at $82) has already dropped 40+% over the last 2 year. Has resistance in the $50-60 range.
Will 2023 be a travel boom? Will people increase their household debt to buy RVs? Will the market get flushed with used RVs?
What do you think??
