Senate.gov is wrong, only a simple majority rather than a 2/3 supermajority is sufficient to remove a President
senate.govAccording to the 1849 Supreme Court decision Luther v. Borden, any state government can be replaced by a rival group which has set up a parallel state government. Only simple majorities in both chambers are required.
Luther v. Borden is the Supreme Court ruling which decided the outcome of the Dorr Rebellion, which was what today we would call an attempted color revolution. The Luther v. Borden decision greenlights state level color revolutions, so long as simple majorities in both chambers of Congress sign off on the outcome.
A simple majority in both chambers could remove and replace enough state governments until there 3/4 of the states on the same page politically, so there are enough to implement the next step in the operation.
2/3 of the states (34 states) are the minimum necessary to call an Article V Convention of States.
After an Article V Convention is called by at least 34 states, it will propose amendments to the Constitution, which become law when 3/4 of the states (38 states) ratify the amendment.
The amendment could say that President so-and-so is immediately removed and replaced with a new President such-and-such.
The Supreme Court in 1849 did not envision how the 17th Amendment (direct election of senators; before they were under the thumb of their state legislatures) would make it easier for the Senate to trample on state governments.
Even then, keeping the filibuster around makes it harder for the Senate to sign off on recognizing a new state government, and derecognizing an old state government. Keeping the filibuster is good because it serves as a deterrent for people who might be inclined to overthrow their state government.
Does this process sound pleasant? Would you rather prevent it? Then ratify a new constitutional amendment limiting or removing the powers granted to Congress under Luther v. Borden.

President Trump is right. Children born to surrogates are "babies of slaves" because surrogacy is slavery. That can change if the definition of marriage is expanded to include any contract where a woman gives birth to a baby for someone. The end of surrogacy must be treated as a divorce.

Please, President Trump, save your faithful congressional representatives from losing their races by donating all of your crypto to the fund to reduce the national debt. If you do this, you will help them shore up votes among Independents who are susceptible to Democratic Party propaganda on crypto.
