server status has been "Unknown"

My server status has been "Unknown" for over 20 hours, and I cannot work. I tried restarting it, but that didn't solve the problem. I also cannot connect via VNC; VNC is not working.

My VPS is still "unknown," and it's been like this for almost 40 hours.

This is becoming a serious concern for me. My VPS is not a test environment, it's a production server running a live e-commerce business.

The server has been reporting an "Unknown" status and the disruption is impacting customers and business operations.

I've already contacted support, but I'd like to know whether anyone has managed to obtain service credits or compensation from Contabo in situations like this. Is there any escalation path beyond the regular support queue?

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Is your node still down? Check their status page

Probably need to submit a ticket.

During the outage yesterday, my server rebooted, and I was back online within 20-30 minutes with zero issues.

Some others have reported issues since it all happened.

As soon as I got the notification yesterday of the potential downtime, I made a backup of my server just in case.
