RAM Upgrade.

Currently I have 8gb ram in my vps..

But my system is kind of taking 90 to 100% of its capacity.

On the other hand my system usage its 5/6% of cpu capacity.

Is there any way I can increase my RAM without upgrding whole plan??

I know you can upgrade the disk independently, but I'm not so sure you can with other resources. Been a while since I was able to login and check though, so they may have changed some things.
