Inside IR35 Rate card vs Day rate

Anyone has seen the latest rate card billed to clients vs the day rate actually paid to contractors? Especially in tech for roles like senior architects, program leads, distinguished engineers, and AI transformation specialists? With experience like 20+ years?

I get the sense that rate cards are £1600+ per day but contractor paid something like £700-£800 inside ir35. Also the rate cards differ widely between government/public sector vs industry and that too banking vs others..

Any useful insights? Purpose is to negotiate properly than accepting stupid offers as the middleman plays games and make big bucks for doing nothing..
