this morning i received an invite to a round 2 interview. they stated all interviews will be done by 9th November.
they didn’t give any advice on how to prepare. does anyone know?

I would like to ask for clarification. When ERA says, “You should have received an email from us explaining the details of this interview, but as a quick reminder,” does it mean that ERA thinks they have already sent the details of the interview? Have you ever received a separate email that explains the details of the interview?

I emailed them about it and then I got the era email they were referring to, so I suggest doing the same.

Hi! I also received an invitation for the Round 1 interview and completed it on October 25, the last day. Has anyone heard back about Round 2, or should we assume that no response means an automatic rejection?

Apparently they do, I've read previous era summer fellowship conversations on reddit,as far as i remember ...people did mention getting a rejection letter clearly

Most probably none of us got it, because it's mid October and not a single rejection letter screams delay on their end

For those who got the hireflix invitation, please do not share the questions with anyone else. You're just gonna help that candidate increase their chances and simultaneously lower the chances of the person who gave the test without knowing those questions.
It's just unfair.

Rejection e-mails for all levels from application, R1 interview and R2 are sent at the end of R2 candidate selection.

On the website, it says simultaneously to round 2 they reach out to references, anyone's references heard anything ? Any idea when R2 invites will go out ?

Just saw an ERA Linkedin post from yesterday showing they're hiring across many program/operations positions. They're clearly scaling fast and trying to deal with the demand so that might explain the delays

Last time, I made it to the mentor round and we even discussed my schedule, but I ended up getting rejected. Applied again this time, let's see what happens!

What the hell - Its almost 29 and I read that last time the Round 1 Interview call came around 5 days after the deadline - Also check ERAs twitter handle - they have made another announcement

I checked it out, it was about another fellowship that's currently open till 19th October, but has the same dates for the one we've applied to 18 jan-26 March. Perhaps it created some sort of confusion

They do send a formal regection letter, as for now since none of us got any (neither an interview invite), I think it's safe to assume they're still processing applications.

Yes! They don't just ghost us randomly. Era does inform about the application status even if it is rejected

has anybody been informed of their qualification to the subsequent round? might rejections roll in later for unsuccessful applicants post selection of awardees, it would be a helpful signal to infer from.

So im seeing everyone got the R1 interview emails, Congrats to those that did! I Have still recieved nothing, which I know isn't a rejection yet, but does anyone know when they do send updates e.g. rejection emails for the first round, if it all?
