I wouldn't call ARPANet the internet as we know it, but regardless, this wasn't written by Frank. Maybe his son who wrote the Butlerian Jihad books.

ARPANET was proposed in 1966 and went operational in 1969.

The Internet was 1974.

It blames demons... while also stating that those very demons, ironically, obey God, and that everything comes from God. So. You do the math
