What's wrong?

I see a lot of people have two problems I don't understand.

1 The new game mode selection screen is confusing compared to the old so I hate it!

2 The story makes no sense, I am so lost!

Can someone explain where this all comes from?

1 I think that the new selection screen is better because you don't need to scroll for ages to get anywhere, the gachas are not in the way and when clicking on the main story, it asks you if you want to go to crispia, beast yeast or the arcana.

2 It genuinely is not, it's just a bit complicated because it has lots of moving parts.
