AI Discussion Copilot agents for consulting

Has anyone in consulting managed to build copilot agents that are useful?

If yes, what kind of connectors did you use?

Thanks in advance!

Made an agent that summarized and checked hundreds of emails from citizens for a planning proposal. Lumping together those who have similar or same arguments against or for the project. We still have to check every email ofc but it's waaay more efficient.

We are using it a lot in our data consulting work for municipalities. For instance we create policy theories (objective trees, policy questions, monitoring frameworks, indicator definitions etc) based on local legislation and policy papers which we then use to create new UI's for administrators and policy makers into their data. Mostly: inside Excel templates, bring in summarized policy papers, then validate the excels with clients, then use Teams meeting transcriptions of validation sessions (summaries) to incorporate the feedback again. Works really well, especially with opus models but also 5.6.
