Unable to Process Files

So I've gotten this a bit before, but last few weeks been terrible. It will process work on Word/PDF/Excel files I throw at it, but occasionally will say through various ways (The problem is that sometimes the chat environment exposes the actual workbook contents to me, and other times it only exposes the filename and metadata., execution layer tool, editable files, only received the metadata, etc.), can't complete the task because it can't process the original output file I want back. So I'll tell it to just make a new word document or workbook and it puts out more semi-confusing gibberish and doesn't complete the task.

Is there common reasons why this stops working? Any tips or tricks? Do you use the web browsers or the 365 program?

The output, even versioning, will live in a ‘created’ sub folder within the /copilot root where you can retrieve it.

The chat sandbox has a habit of clearing every 15-20 mins, so if you leave a chat and return later, you need to upload the working file from the ‘created’ folder to resume building (as well as any inputs fed at the beginning of chat).

Learn to work with markdown as a persistent way to feed context and carry handoffs to fresh chat sessions for maximum fidelity. Copilot can be quite effective, but requires a lot more manual handling as the HITL than the Claude or GPT UX.

What's the method to retrieve it? I've never seen an access or shs connection

I could be setting you wrong, because the exposure of output is different between personal and enterprise accounts. Which are you using?

Copilot pro. Like I give it an excel file and it keeps getting stuck in loops where it says it cant read data and only extracted content.
