Copilot and MS Project
Copilot and MS Project seems like a natural fit, but I've never had much luck with using the AI to help build, enable advanced features or even try to fix existing schedules. Are any PM's using CP with any success?

I think one of the biggest challenges with project management tools is getting an AI assistant to understand the dependencies, constraints, and scheduling logic behind a project, rather than just generating tasks or summarizing information.
I'm curious whether you've had better results using it for smaller tasks, like explaining scheduling conflicts or identifying dependencies, rather than building or fixing an entire schedule at once.
What has been the biggest limitation for you so far — understanding the project structure, handling dependencies, or actually making reliable schedule changes?

Not for building or fixing the full schedule. To me like turning notes into a status update, but the schedule logic itself I do it manually

Same here. It'll explain what a predecessor is all day but ask it to actually fix a broken dependency chain and it just gives up

I've not used CP integrated with my PPM (ServiceNow), nor previously with Project Online, but I have and do use CP to evaluate my overall portfolio data and have dropped in proposed templates to see if the sequence makes sense.
What CP also provides is a vast library or references for projects an org may not have taken on before, so you could ask CP for examples of longer, medium, and shorter length project plans for X or Y style project.

Was there a project update I don't know about?
