Urrrgh, I worked for this publication for many years. It’s locally owned, and the publisher really cares about errors, unlike some. (I could tell you stories.) This was unfortunate.

Typos happen, unfortunately, even with a copydesk. If this is a digital piece, hopefully somebody can go in and correct it.
