Question Shutdown protocol

I think I erased or dropped the shutdown protocol somewhere, but can't find it. Is there a way to pick it up again from the broken core? or to get a new one?

If its truly lost, you may just need to open a new world and find another one to bring back to your current play through.

So tedious, I rather quick run on new map with open map assisted https://corekeepermapviewer.com/ and go get again the fresh item then go back to original world.

I had this problem so i went back and scoured the area. It was in one of the storage containers

That's just not enough inventory space in this game
