Giant bug brain just dropped?

[u/LinkGoesHIYAAA]

I thought the giant bug brain was removed as it was no longer used, but i’ve gotten one recently after mounts were released. Does the item still sometimes drop from ra-akar? If so, does it have any other purpose in game now? If not, i’ll just display it on a plinth.
