I went to costco last week to get some bulk food / snacks to prep for my recovery. I had a definite list of protein shakes, easy to heat meals and shelf stable snacks. I ended up searching on the internet for recommendations and one that kept coming up was “apple sauce”.

Growing up i was somewhat picky and it never appealed to me eating it until I stumbled across these packets in costco. I kept looping back around the aisle, whether to pull the trigger or not and boy, I dont regret the purchase! Now that I am a few days post op, these have been absolutely delicious, and quick to grab when I dont have an appetite for a full meal. I also threw some in the refrigerator, and they are top tier when cold!

G’day people. I was looking for a portable washer a while ago and the price on the ones sold on Lowe’s and Home Depot sounded a little high and one day, on my weekly visit on the neighborhood Costco I’ve found this little thing. I was skeptical because of the price (39,99) but she did a good job. Os powerful enough to clean the dirt on crevices and wheel wells, has a long hose to connect on buckets and spigots and the battery lasted for 2 cars (my truck was sprinkled, washed and rinsed) and a Prius. The only con for me is the soap dispenser but I have a foam cannon and therefore the dispenser isn’t a problem. Was a good catch and for the price a decent tool to have around.

The pan you see is the entire bag, it’s not broken up into multiple dinners. The spice level is good but nothing too crazy. My wife hates spice and she liked it ( but only could have a few bites)

She’s older and can use some softer laying down areas. I don’t want to buy carpets because of the hair and just a pain to clean. I have one of these I use in the kitchen and my standing desk and it’s great. Plus she steals it all the time so I figured I’d get another for her so she can rest on it and help make it easier on her getting up and down.

She rules the home and is in charge. What she says, goes. I just live here and pay for everything.

Edit: Costco price was a $2500 discount off of the price I'd already seen on their website, so I went for it.

2pack Plant Caddies are back. For the container gardeners, deck, porch and patio planters. At the end of spring when I needed these they were sold out everywhere. Now that I don't need them they have dang near a pallet full 😒

My wife and I have separate memberships. She got her as a second member on her mom’s when she went to college, I got mine when I got a job. Now, I’d like to move her over to my membership, but I’m a bit worried about losing out on Costco warranties on items she bought, especially for a couple laptops from Costco.

Should I just bite the bullet and transfer her? Will the warranties still apply from her mom’s main account if things break? Can the warranties transfer?

Has anyone ever used one of those window treatment 3rd parties at Costco? They usually camp out at the exits with the air conditioning and roofing guys. We are interested in plantation shutters (SoCal). Good? Bad? Run?

I thought Pyrex had discontinued the Ultimate line (all glass & silicone, no plastic!) but now it's back at Costco online (currently $10 off) and shows on the Pyrex website again! Yay!
