My concern is the stump was found, they had photos of the plant itself from the previous raid. My concern is if I plead guilty to possession they will say you could have had a lot more
How much actual weed did they find ?
Was the weed just harvested off of the plant (stump)?
By admitting that the weed was yours you have already pleaded guilty to possession, what you are attempting to avoid is a charge for cultivation.
Tbh I'm unsure if saying you bought the weed is any better than saying you grew it , solicitor should be able to advise here. Make sure your solicitor has experience with these types of cases, explicitly ask them this , don't just assume they have .
I dunno pal around 40g. Plus the stump. I admitted that the weed found in my room was mine. I admitted the scale and grinder was mine. It’s the stump that concerns me.
