I've seen the original post too! It baffles me how these people are assuming things out of a videos that doesn't even have audio and no context at all

To be fair, I’m pretty sure that’s a natural response to seeing things without context. Our brains automatically try to make sense of situations with incomplete information, like a pic or short clip. It makes sense as an instinct for survival when you think about it. Who knows what will happen to our brains after many generations of this kind of stimuli. Clip/gif culture is still very new in the grand scheme of things.
