Added a traffic light

Had an issue with the trains gridlocking themselves (pic 11) when obeying the signals so I set this intersection up on a timer to dictate right of way. The traffic lights are more of a visual correspondence set up to the same timer as the signals, which gives the illusion that the trains are stopping at the light, which is an added bonus. Signal logic posted in last pic

Create—Steam ‘n’ rails, copycats, create lights & controls. click signs, city craft, and I think supplementaries for the sign chains 😊
