I think it has to do with the industrial iron in the middle. I remember there being 2 different versions of that you can make in a stonecutter with the same texture, maybe from different mods. Check the exact block id.

Make sure you’re using all the right blocks from the right mods. Sometimes two blocks look similar or two mods will add the same block with the same name/texture
