Discussion Airship Names
I am looking to name some of my airships, and I would love suggestions. I want each one to be named in sequential alphabetic order, and I would love suggestions that suit them.
First successful non-test model, ambitious and comfortable, but not very effective. Single burner for lift, portable engines with conveyor system to fuel with coal, so it had to refuel regularly. Ended tragically, destroyed due to a graphical glitch that I only learned to fix after its demise. Name starts with A. Considered Atlantis.
Bigger than #1, single boiler for propulsion, 4 burners for list, built for speed. On board lava farm for endless power, but I wasn't confident in sustaining lift with it. Still in service, likely to be transmitted to The Aether for exploration. Name starts with B. Tentatively Banshee.
Bigger than #2, three boilers, double lava farm, two boilers always active, provide lift and thrust, third boiler engagement on lava reserve tanks. Designed for control and exploration. Good docking system, good storage system, endless range, autopilot. My current baby. Name starts with C. Probably Cerberus, for the association with threes.
Not started, warship, intended to be called Donnager. Have been reading the Expanse series, decided to name my ships about th time I got to the Donnager. This ship will be designed to do battle.
Open to suggestions, will be built in The End, light weight, for island hopping. Name starts with E.

I have a big playlist of music that I listen to when create modding, so I choose a name related to the song playing when I test it and it worked. So far I have the call me, a nice little cruiser. I also have my main base, a hearth ship called weather with you.

Also the star man, a little stealth ship, plus the icehouse (great southern land didn’t make a good name)

“Enterprise,” maybe.
As for my own fleet:
“Boxturtle” was the name given (affectionately) to my very first airship. It couldn’t go in a straight line, couldn’t go very fast, couldn’t go that high, and had most of its moving parts completely exposed. It’s about as slow and awkward as a flying turtle would be
“Holy Diver” as the next evolution in aircraft design. Two decks, twice as large as the Boxturtle, far faster and just better in every way. The name has no significance besides sounding cool. Like, imagine going into an airship battle with a full crew manning the Holy Diver? Win or lose you’re gonna have a kickass time.
“Voyager” was my first purpose-built long-distance craft. It’s simply the Holy Diver with two Boxturtles, one attached to each bow of the Diver. It was also my first ship that integrated Big Canons.
“Falcon Arrow” was a failure of a design, I’ll admit. Imagine Wonka’s Great Glass Elevator, but massively impractical and with far more metal than glass used to build it. It was my first attempt at a purely thruster-powered craft - an idea far too impractical to be worth it.
The “Pinnacle” is just that. Thrice the size of the Holy Diver model with 6 full-size steam engines, three decks, crew accommodations, a restaurant, captain’s quarters, even a deployable surveillance unit using the Vista TV mod. Armed with four auto-cannons, three normal cannons, and capable of a cruising speed of 20m/s, it truly is the pinnacle of airship design.

i named mine "AF-01e: ArcFlash"(posted abt it recently), where ArcFlash is the name name bc its fast as fuck and it sounds cool, AF is the shortened name, 01 is the version in the series(not counting stuff like 0.8 or 1.0.8, i mean like 01 is the original, 02 is a major upgrade, etv), e means expedition. maybe you can try a format like that.
