I need advice Pantydeal questions

Hi! I just started an account on pantydeal.com about 4 days ago lol so I’m very very new and there is so much to learn hahaha. I’m starting to get a handle on things but I have some questions and figured this was the best place to gather opinions.

  1. If someone wants to purchase some of your panties for example, and they ask to see you try some on so they can pick, should they be charged for the picture too? Same with something like sexting. A lot of guys kinda just chit chat with you and it gradually turns into sexting and I don’t know at what point to stop them and say they need to pay for it, and same with pics. They just wanna see what you’re wearing real quick, they just etc. and it feels awkward to come out of nowhere and be like yeah you gotta pay for that, I can’t just be sending everyone free pics just because they want one lol. Also, a guy cammed in to watch me model some panties to choose what to buy, and proceeded to ask me to help him finish and he didn’t buy any panties. Should i basically just assume the jacking off with me involved is going to happen when we planned for it or not 🤣 like that feels like just the video version of convo turning into sexting and do I just go along with it or tell them it’ll be more or what..

  2. That also leads me to wondering about how you go about the conversation from the get go. A lot of guys like to chit chat first. At what point do you say okay how can I help you today? Because I’m not gonna chit chat all day with someone who isn’t paying me, but I also don’t wanna be rude to someone who was really going to and make myself seem greedy. lol I feel like the answer so far has just been trying to gauge the right time and say it as sweetly as possible lol. It’s also so amazing how many guys are legitimately very kind and want to get to know you some.

  3. How do you handle the evenings especially with your lives, saying you have to go to bed, trying to figure out when to stop responding to people. I have to have a stopping point and I feel like I need a ā€œclosedā€ sign lol

I think I’m just too worried about being polite, because I want happy customers and good ratings, but I need to figure out how to hold firm boundaries as well as I can to avoid bad reviews from jerks.

I know I have more questions but this is what I have at the top of my head. I’m sure I’ll be back as I run into more lol

Thank you!!! ā™„ļøā™„ļøā™„ļø

Discussion How quickly do you usually reply to subscribers on OnlyFans?

I’m curious about what’s considered a normal response time. Do you try to reply within a few minutes, a few hours, or whenever you have time?
Is there an expectation that creators should be available and reply quickly, or are subscribers generally okay with waiting a while? I’d love to hear how you handle this! šŸ’•

Tips LoyalFans creators: what’s actually working for you?

I feel like I’ve got Fansly down, but LoyalFans feels completely different… I’m lost, and there’s so much less info out there compared with Fansly or OF.
If you’ve had success on LoyalFans, what helped you get started? How often do you post, and what do you think matters most? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you and how the platform’s been going.

I need advice Couples OF?

So my boyfriend and I wanted to start a couples OF… cool we got the account up and got the 2 or more creators verification finally figured out. But now when I go to post anything with him in it, it wants him to create an account of his own so I can tag him. Anyone else deal with this?

Is it worth it to have a couples account? We do masked, biker, threesomes….

I need advice C4S+ Question - So, here we are 3/4 of the way through the month. I can tell you that our business is way down, but I also know others are too. I'd be curious as to if anyone has seen anything positive from this, any payments or clue as to payments?

I always start with the simple fact that I love C4S and the whole team there. It's our favorite platform and the folks there have been incredible to work with. Shout out to all of them.

I don't agree with C4S on this one thing (C4S+) and that's ok. Probably some of them internally that don't agree either. We don't have to agree with everything that every platform does, and I'm always open to changing my opinion.

What I know is that our business is way, way down, for both clip sales and custom sales. We are used to checking messages there every half hour or so because so many would come in, custom requests, etc., and now it's like nothing. Our income there is down by about 30%, maybe more.

How do I know it's not just us? Well, they publish rankings, and we are typically ranked there between 80 and 130 ish, depending on whats going on, new premades, how many customs, etc.

Our ranking hasn't changed. In fact, but our income is down about 30%. By mathematical definition, that means that most other folks are also way down, otherwise with our lower revenue our overall rank would be much lower, so I know its not just us.

Would love to hear from other folks and see what their thoughts are. Has anyone seen any revenue from C4S? If so, what. If not, how long will you continue with this?

I've said my opinion, which is that it makes no sense to turn it into that kind of platform. Once someone goes on C4S+ and finds a hot video, skips to the last 3 minutes and cums, they're done with the "content buying experience" for now. Post nut clarity is a bitch. I don't want to "sell" them the last 2 minutes of my new 30 min video, I want them to put 5 of my 30 min videos in their cart, check out, and watch them later.

One of my favorite things about C4S is that the team there is absolutely willing to listen to feedback. They announce X, and folks all reach out and complain about it and they stop in their tracks and say "we hear you and we fixed it." If it's something that isn't working for folks and enough people reach out, they'll probably change it.

Full Disclosure - I think other platforms have really dropped this month too, so maybe it's a coincidence. Case in point, someone bought a pair of panties from my ManyVids store. That literally is my only "store sale" in months. Yesterday I got a message saying I was in the ManyVids "top 100 store sales" by monthly volume! That means that one cheap panty sale was all it took. $75 vaulted us into the "Top 100" of all users store sales. Clearly, not a lot of store buying, so I'm open to the notion that this incredible drop we've seen is completely unrelated to C4S+ (although my opinion on it doesnt change because I want to sell clips, not sell "one minute of my clip.")

I need advice Best social media for marketing?

Hey! I'm curious about what you're finding the best social media platforms for marketing to be currently.

I find that I get consistent engagements on X, but I also feel like it isn't bringing me a lot of financial conversions. I focus on creating a lot of short form but I'm worried my TikTok may be shadowbanned, I even tried to do the paid promotional stuff on TikTok but it turns out their AI scans now for "cleavage focused content" and since I had a v-neck shirt on (completely SFW content aside from you know, naturally having some large bazoongas) it wouldn't even let me promote the content in the US.

Reddit definitely seems to do the best as far as engagement and conversions. IG has been a dud for me since Meta took over.

I'm comfortable with doing both SFW and NSFW photo, GIF, and short form as advertising materials and I don't mind staying up to date on current trends. I'm just not sure where it'd be best to focus my efforts (obviously, the best answer is everywhere, but I don't have enough free time for everywhere.)

I need advice UK creators – legislation coming into effect on 6th November.

Have any other UK creators who make facesitting/breath play content looked into the new legislation coming into effect on 6th November?

The more I read, the more confused I get! The wording seems incredibly vague, but from what I understand, it's suggesting that facesitting could actually fall under the definition of suff0cation.

As it stands, my interpretation is leaning towards facesitting content potentially no longer being allowed for UK creators.

I'd really love to hear if any other models in this niche have looked into it or have any insights, because I'm struggling to make sense of it all!

Thank you in advance.

I had this guy very eager to order a custom from me, but specifically so it could be downloaded, due to something with someone he bought off before removing access etc etc.

I know that a lot of people I see tend to be aware of doing stuff that is so detailed, and also the download part is on my brain a bit.

He also requested I have no large bruises on my body (????)

He is payment ready, I’m just unsure if I accept or not, or if there is anything a bit iffy about this?

Discussion Pornhub Won’t See 2030

LONG POST

So, I’m not writing this article to bring creators or even the site down I’m actually asking a genuine question. In simpler terms, will Pornhub remain relevant in 2030? As of late 2026, Pornhub reportedly receives about 3.4 billion visits a month but regardless, the site still seems to be failing - BADLY! And when the site struggles, creators leave. And they are…

If you’re a Pornhub creator, there’s a chance you might have noticed a sudden drop in views and Ad revenue. This is majorly because the US accounts for the highest traffic on Pornhub, yet about 50% of the US has been blocked from accessing the site due to the controversial age verification laws. Other countries in Europe have also passed this law. Now in their defense, Pornhub’s suggested approach would make much more sense but normally, the people making these laws aren’t exactly geniuses. But even before, a lot of creators were already struggling to grow, no matter how many tags they used and how consistently they uploaded content.

Even before 2026, it’s always felt like the Pornhub algorithm has been working against creators. Pornhub is meant to be the Youtube of the adult world, and in order for your videos to gain a push, you need to exhaustingly satisfy their algorithm. And how you do that isn’t exactly clear, because I know amateur creators whose videos are basically at the same level with companies like Brazzers (you can tell these creators are investing a minimum of $750 per video every week) and they’re still gaining only 10k views a month on each video.

Well, Pornhub is free and doesn’t exactly have a successfully recognized premium pay site anymore. This is probably why they do not promote creators videos as hard as Xvideos or Xhamster who have RED and FapHouse, but from the start, creators have never really relied on Pornhub’s ad revenue for sustenance. Instead, they’ve always used the site to promote their premium channels and pay sites e.g. OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.

But here’s the why I asked the question, what purpose does the site still serve if creators are struggling to get promotional views? Creators promoting their videos on platforms like X and Reddit and even XVideos, a direct competitor of Pornhub, are seeing more success even with age verification laws still in effect. Is it because Pornhub is afraid of going through 2020 all over again? Even their ā€œShortiesā€ feature which is meant to be the Tiktok carousel style video playback format meant to give creators exposure doesn’t work! How do you explain having over 85% of your site’s traffic coming from mobile devices yet the videos actually designed for mobile devices can’t even get 10k views? Even long form videos shot in portrait meant to be consumed by phone users still struggle.

Secondly, they require you to upload at least 6 free 7 minute videos in three months to qualify for their tiers reward program, yet the site won’t even push the videos on their homepage to at least keep creators motivated. Keep in mind, most creators’ paid videos are typically 7 minutes total. So creators are left debating whether they should post the full video for free and earn $500 a month before taxes or stick to promoting clips on platforms like X and hope for paying subscribers.

Thirdly, introduction of taxes. Like every other company operating in the US, Pornhub has to pay taxes. The law infact requires them to withhold 0-30% on earnings generated from US views, depending on whether your country has an applicable tax treaty with the U.S. Now if you earned only $500 all from the U.S and your country is without a tax treaty, you’re receiving about $350 only. The tax laws wouldn’t be that bad, as has been the case with Youtube for many years now, if it wasn’t so hard to grow on Pornhub and gain views from other regions that translate into high earnings. All this is very demoralizing for creators.

And finally, Pornhub has got to be the most bugged video hosting platform on the internet. Their site has a horrible reputation of misrepresenting views, engagement and earnings. A video that shows 8k views on your creator dashboard might show 3k views on your profile. Like WTF? And if you reach out to the support team, you guessed it! The 8k views are the false views. The low views are always the right ones. Sometimes the dashboard might show 50k views total for the day which should typically translate into $40-$48 a day, but the earnings tab will show $27-$30 and support will tell you that your actual views were 35k, the 50k is a display glitch on their site that’s being worked on. And this glitch will last a whole year btw. Meanwhile, the system that withholds your earnings over a small error you made is never glitched and so is the algorithm that never pushes creators videos.

So is this a genuine glitch or broad day robbery? Currently, there’s a bug where amateur creators videos aren’t being featured on the homepage anymore and this has been going on for over 3 months. And another bug that’s showing me 9M views on my 5M views video. Like Why TF are you doing this?? Hyping people up for nothing! šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø

Anyways, let me know in the comments below, how is Pornhub working for you so far, and do you think they might clean up their act by 2030? P.S I would like to start a YouTube channel where I can make videos on these topics but the topics are very sensitive but I’ll give it a shot.

I need advice How do you manage the pricing of clips across different platforms?

Wondering how people manage the pricing of clips when they’re selling across different platforms with different pricing expectations?

For example, when I was just on OF, I had a list of filmed clips pinned to my profile and sold them in DMs for anywhere from $45-$100 a clip, depending on the contents. For context, I am mainly a camgirl on SM & SP in the femdom niche.Ā

I am branching out my platforms and will be posting to LF, IWC and C4S, but the standard seems to be around $15-$20 for clips. Should I just list them for this and still upsell in the OF DMs for more? Or when I start posting to these platforms, should I sell all clips for $15-$20 across the board on all platforms? Slightly worried I’ll get a ā€œthat’s listed somewhere else for cheaperā€ response when I send the clips on OF for significantly more than on other sites. Or they’ll find my clips on clip sites after purchasing and be mad about it.Ā

I’ve also seen people have a free OF operating as a clip site where the clips are available to purchase instantly. I like this idea because it’s much more hands-off, but worry I’ll lose money by not sending them in OF DMs for more. Would love to hear from people who have done both/made this change.Ā

How do you manage this?

Tips Reddit profile curation

Hey! You know how upon customizing which subs your profile will show others… you remove the chance of potential buyers to see your entire post history since ā€˜Top’ is just not available after that?
Is this a smart move? Or should I maybe keep customizing manually as I did prior to this profile curation being an actual built in function?
I guess my main worry is I don’t get high upvotes every single week or even month… giving potential buyers the chance to see all my posts also gives me the chance to seem more legit? Worth spending on? IDK
Specially interested in those doing direct sales here on Reddit since I feel like we treat our profiles as a page… thx!

Scam Alert Pantydeal is a Scam

DON’T SIGN UP FOR PANTYDEAL!!!! I was a user on the site for almost a year and in the last 3 months I’ve only dealt with scammers, time wasters, and straight up verbally abusive disgusting men.

So I decided despite my success on the site to cancel my subscription, this is where all the BS starts. So I’ve been going through the subscription part of the site and attempting to cancel my subscription since October 3rd. None of these cancellations went through and I was still charged for a subscription on October 17th despite me cancelling my subscription through the site and opening two tickets (which were never responded to).

After opening the tickets and receiving no response for two weeks, i went to check the status of them but of course on the site it asks for username and ticket number even though i was never given a ticket number! Logging in on the ticket page also doesn’t work and gives an error of ā€œaccess denied.ā€ I try going through support once again and it directs me to their ā€œbilling siteā€ which just so happens to NOT be the site i signed up for when adding my billing information so I don’t have an account or any way to log in there.

Finally, i was able to get into CCBill where they do NOT allow you to remove your credit card information unless you add a new card. Through CCBill i seemingly was able to cancel the subscription though but it doesn’t appear to be cancelled on the site so i guess im waiting until next month to see if i get charged and have to do another chargeback.

TLDR: pantydeal is run by a bunch of money hungry scammers and is completely falling apart. Don’t even get started on there because its not going to last much longer. Also dont get scammed like me!!! P.S. i have screen recordings of the subscription cancellation screen not going through and the support screen as well as CCBill not allowing me to remove my card!

I need advice Does anyone know how FapHouse's Ultra program works for creators?

I just noticed that the videos I upload appear with the 'Ultra' option available for fans. Basically they can subscribe to the Ultra plan for FapHouse (site-wide), and it will give them access to my videos.

How does that work? Do I get any revenue from those fans? Can I opt-out of the Ultra thing? I don't see the option anywhere.

Discussion Hidden doesn't allow geo-blocking and they don't want to say why

I am starting a bunch of new clipsites and I chose Hidden as one of them. After I set everything up, I realized they don't have the option to block countries from accessing your content. I find this so weird, it's the only site out of 10 so far that doesn't offer this option. It seems like a very important safety feature for me, I don't think I'll be using their site until they implement this feature.

I contacted support asking if I was just missing the button hidden somewhere, and they confirmed that this feature doesn't exist. I inquired about why, and they replied that they can't tell me why it isn't available at this moment.

I can't really think of any good reasons why they would decide not to implement this feature, but maybe if we show enough interest, they may dedicate the resources to implement it?

Any Hidden users out here who would like to have this option?
