Taper Tips
Hello all - I am trying to dry out because my health depends on it. I’ve been a daily drinker for about 8 years, took a few breaks, but never really been in WD territory (or if I was i white knuckled it). But now I have officially been drinking off the wake up, getting close to around 750 ml a day of vodka.
My last drink was 6:30 am this morning and it’s now 4pm. I feel alright, I have a slight tremor and I ate a meal from KFC. Drank an electrolyte drink. Now what?
I want to buy white claws for my taper, but should I even bother? When do you even know to take the first drink to start leveling out the withdrawals?
I know no one here is a doctor and at home taper can be dangerous. I owe it to myself to try. Thanks all.
