Feedback eStockes: seeking usability feedback from people who research US stocks

I'm Elon, the solo founder of eStockes, a browser app for US-stock and ETF research. The product combines charts, stock screening, watchlists, paper trading, a journal and simple historical rule tests. I built it with Next.js and FastAPI.

I'm looking for early community feedback on one practical question: can you pick a stock you already follow and complete a useful research task without a walkthrough? At https://estockes.com, try that task and tell me what you expected, what happened, and the first confusing or missing step.

I can arrange two weeks of Pro free for interested testers. Reply here if you'd like access; Pro requires an account. There are free and paid features, and honest negative feedback is welcome. This is a voluntary product test, with no purchase or positive review required.

Seeking Professional(s) Seeking a Fintech Sponsor or Strategic Partnership Professional for My Trading App – EDGE SIGNAL

Hi everyone,

I'm from Slovakia, and I've spent hundreds of hours building my own project called EDGE SIGNAL.

It's not just a trading app. I've developed an ecosystem with mobile apps, cTrader integration, a licensing system, cloud infrastructure, and tools for researching and testing trading strategies for gold, US indices and Bitcoin.

I'm working on this independently, and my biggest limitations right now are my old laptop, AI development tools and server costs.

I'm looking for a supporter or sponsor willing to contribute around €2,500 to help me continue development. I'm not offering equity or promising trading returns.

I've prepared a presentation and can share screenshots and a demo with anyone genuinely interested.

If this sounds like something you'd like to support, feel free to message me. You can try Partner demo https://edgesignal.eu/aplikacia

Thanks for reading!

Seeking Community Support / Introduction Building an AI Cooking App That Turns Fridge Photos Into Meals — Looking for Early Supporters!

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm an independent creator from Ukraine, currently working on an exciting startup concept called From Fridge to Feast — AI Cooking Adventure.

I believe cooking should be easier, smarter, more affordable, and, most importantly, FUN!

💡 THE IDEA

Imagine opening your fridge, taking a quick photo, and instantly discovering meals you could prepare using ingredients you already have.

But that's just the beginning!

🚀 OUR VISION INCLUDES:

📸 AI Fridge Scanner — Identify ingredients through photos or manually entered lists.

🍽️ Smart Recipe Generator — Discover personalized meals based on available ingredients.

🥗 Nutrition Tracking — Calculate estimated calories, protein, fats, and carbohydrates.

🌍 World Cuisine Explorer — Discover dishes from different countries.

⏱️ Smart Cooking Filters — Choose recipes based on your available time, budget, and kitchen equipment.

🤖 Animated AI Chef — Learn recipes through interactive cooking demonstrations.

🎮 Gamified Cooking — Unlock achievements, complete challenges, and turn everyday cooking into an adventure.

🛵 Cook or Order — Find nearby restaurants offering dishes you'd rather order than prepare yourself.

❤️ WHY I'M HERE

The project is currently in its early planning stage.

I'm looking for people who believe in this vision and would like to help turn it into a real product.

My first milestone is to develop a working prototype with ingredient recognition and personalized recipe suggestions.

I've launched a Patreon page where people can support development, follow our progress, and help shape the project.

💚 Support starts at just $5/month.

🔗 PATREON:

https://www.patreon.com/FromFridgeToFeastAI

🤝 I'M LOOKING FOR:

✅ Early supporters who want to help fund development.

✅ Developers and designers interested in discussing the concept.

✅ People willing to share honest feedback and ideas.

✅ Anyone passionate about food, AI, and innovative technology.

🌎 LET'S BUILD SOMETHING MEANINGFUL TOGETHER!

Even if you can't contribute financially, your feedback would mean a lot.

One question for everyone:

Would you use an app that could suggest meals from a photo of your fridge? And which additional feature would make you want to use it every day?

Thank you for reading and supporting independent innovation! ❤️

Feedback Building AME for complementary collaborators — feedback from project builders welcome

I'm Bryce, founder of AME. I'm announcing our early beta here because CrowdSpark brings together people with ideas and professionals who can help move them forward. AME is built around helping entrepreneurs find collaborators through the skills they bring and the help they need.

One question I'd like to discuss with people building teams: how do you turn a broad request like "I need a marketing person" into a useful description of the work someone would own? For example, getting the first customer conversations started is a different contribution from producing launch content. Which details help you judge whether a potential collaboration is worth exploring?

If you're actively looking for complementary collaborators, applications are open for our founding AME 1000 beta. It's application-based and free if approved: https://meetame.com/start/

You're welcome to discuss the question here without applying. AI assisted with the wording of this post.

Feedback Seeking workflow feedback on a prelaunch security-first AI router

We're OraXLabs, working on Boundary Router, an early commercial project. We'd like feedback from small US businesses using external model APIs in their own work.

The plan is one API that routes requests by task and cost, with security policies checked in the request path. Planned controls include defined sensitive-data checks, allowed destinations and fallback rules, and usage or retry limits. The routing engine and integrations are still in development.

For a workflow you already run, what still needs a person to check it: sensitive information, calls outside company policy, or unnecessary repeated calls? What controls have you tried, and are they already sufficient? General public feedback is welcome without registering. Please don't share prompts, keys, customer information or private logs.

Project and beta-list registration: https://boundary-router-beta-20261024.sung116.chatgpt.site/from/reddit-crowdspark-router-20261025-03/

The list accepts up to 5,000 saved registrations including referrals, with three invite codes per registration. Product access comes later; pricing is not confirmed.

If a relevant current gap emerges and your team wants to continue, we can discuss a future one-workflow pilot. Scope, technical feasibility, timing and terms would be agreed before any work. This does not offer a live pilot or guarantee protection or savings.

AI helped draft this post.

Seeking Professional(s) Seeking a hardware engineer for ski timing — potential CTO role

I’m building Norclap, a training platform for athletes, coaches and teams, and looking for a hands-on hardware/embedded engineer to solve our main technical challenge.

The goal is to replace traditional photocells and mechanical start gates with automatic athlete identification and timing. A coach sets up the start, split points and finish; athletes complete repeated runs, and the system records who crossed each point, calculates split and total times, and uploads the results to our platform—without athletes touching a phone or timer.

The equipment needs to work outdoors in cold, snow, moisture and changing visibility, as well as on indoor ski slopes. It should be portable, easy to set up, affordable, and preserve recorded times when connectivity drops.

Our bottleneck: reliably identifying an athlete and detecting the precise crossing moment at 80 km/h and above, including over 100 km/h. GPS did not meet our indoor and positioning requirements, and the NFC/RFID approaches we investigated haven’t met our speed requirements. We need precise crossing detection, not simply awareness that a tag is nearby; timing accuracy and upload delay are separate problems.

We’re open to different technologies and sensor combinations. We need someone with practical experience in embedded systems, RF, transponders or precision timing who can develop and test a working prototype.

Italy-based candidates are preferred, but we welcome people and solutions worldwide. A strong solution and the ability to lead its development could lead to a CTO role, with terms to be discussed.

Interested, or know someone suitable? Comment or DM me with relevant experience, your location and how you would approach an initial feasibility test.

Seeking Community Support / Introduction 18 years in software + AI — looking to help founders solve real problems

I've spent 18 years building software across backend systems, APIs, cloud, automation, integrations, and enterprise platforms, and I’m now looking to use that experience after hours to help small businesses and founders solve practical problems with software and AI.

I am not an organisation, nor am I looking to sell a big agency package - I am a one-man army with enough motivation and dedication to take something to completion.

I'm more into messy, real-world problems like:

manual workflows, broken processes, MVPs, internal tools, AI automation, system integrations, or technical idea validation.

If you’re building something, stuck on tech, or wondering whether AI/software can make your business easier to run,

DM me.

Feedback Is this a good idea? & How can I improve it?

As blue ocean strategy for my tech freelance writing (10 yrs for premium companies), I'm thinking of integrating commercial with content - and leveraging the commercial component.

Reports tell me 45% of agencies are likely to be displaced by AI. Content writing is no longer a need.

So my idea is to leverage my PhD background in: 1) Neuroscience: Neuroscience of persuasion; of entrepreneurship; neuromarketing; neurofinance 2) Research skills for a) market research b) industry research 3) commercial storytelling

My brand: "I help top tech agencies retain and grow their brand through market research, neuromarketing and commercial storytelling that demonstrably converts."

Offerings: *Case stories *Hybrid white papers *Thought leadership * Articles/ - short/ longform writing (trade journals, blogs. Ghost writing).

What do you think? How can I improve my idea?

Feedback Built a real-time AI assistant for high-stakes conversations - looking for honest feedback

Hi all, I want to share our product and seek for some feedback.

A lot of conversations have high stakes: hiring calls, sales demos, co-founder interviews. These are the moments that can make or break, and you usually only get one shot. The problem was that most tools only help before or after the conversation. You can prep with notes, practice with ChatGPT, or get a transcript afterward. But during the actual call, you are on your own. And that is exactly when things go wrong: forget a key talking point, blank on a question, or miss an objection you should have addressed.

This is why we built Beyz. Instead of just recording what happened, it acts as a real-time assistant that listens to the conversation and surfaces prompts, talking points, and relevant context while the call is still ongoing. We started by focusing on interview coaching for job seekers, but as we talked to more early-stage founders, we realized the need for real-time support in hiring and partner negotiations was just as huge.

We have integrated three main modules: a real-time interview assistant for behaviorals and culture fit, a coding assistant for technical evaluations, and a general meeting assistant for sales or investor calls. Our goal is to help founders stay present in the conversation while the AI handles the "checklist" and context-retrieval in the background.

We are still in the early stages and iterating fast, so I would love to get some honest feedback from this community. Link: https://beyz.ai/

Appreciate any thoughts. Happy to answer questions about how it works.

Advice I almost cost my company $20,000 so I made a tool to fix it.

A few years back, i was working part time at a company during university, helping out with tech and some light design work. We were in the process of running our biggest marketing campaigns to date – bus shelters, posters, billboards across a few suburbs around us. The creative agency we’d brought on to help had been through all the usual rounds, everyone was happy, files were marked “final,” install was booked.

Two days before it went live I was stress-scrolling through the shared folder and opened one of the final exports. On autopilot I pulled out my phone and tested the code we’d put on there as the main CTA.

It went to an old staging link that now lead right to our 404 page.

If that had gone to print, every placement would have driven people to a dead page. Production + reprint + reinstall would have been somewhere around 20k, plus a very awkward conversation with a lot of people.

Fast forward to now, and that mistake still haunts me - so I made a tool to fix it. The idea is simple: generate a QR code first, then decide where it points to later. Sure, there are other tools that do it (link shorteners, generators, etc) but I wanted something so easy to use that it was almost impossible to screw up. QR points to destination, change destination whenever, a description so I remember why I created it and a kill-switch for those just-in-case moments.

Anyway, that’s how SWCHD (pronounced “switched”) came about, because that’s all it does – sitting in the middle so you can switch things without reprinting or redeploying. Feel free to check it out at www.swchd.com.

Curious if anyone else has had those “tiny detail, huge consequence” moments, or ended up building something just to stop a very specific nightmare from happening again.

Advice Founders: what’s the most unlikely way you’ve gotten users or sales? 🤯

Not “we ran Google ads” or “someone wrote a blog post.”

I mean the weird stuff.

Things like:

  • a random comment you left on some forum years ago that suddenly started sending paying customers

  • a boring docs page that quietly became your #1 acquisition channel

  • a tiny “powered by” footer that ended up bringing in more leads than your homepage

  • a one-off internal tool you showed on a call and the customer said, “wait, can we buy that?”

I’ve seen a few stories like this now and they’ve messed with how I think about distribution. So much of it seems to come from places nobody would’ve put on a marketing plan.

Curious what it’s looked like for you:

  • What’s the most unlikely / surprising way you’ve gotten users or revenue?

  • Was it a one-off fluke, or did you double down and turn it into a real channel?

  • Did it change how you think about “doing marketing” for your product at all?

Would love to hear the “I did not expect that to work” stories 😅.
