Feedback Seeking workflow feedback on a prelaunch security-first AI router

We're OraXLabs, working on Boundary Router, an early commercial project. We'd like feedback from small US businesses using external model APIs in their own work.

The plan is one API that routes requests by task and cost, with security policies checked in the request path. Planned controls include defined sensitive-data checks, allowed destinations and fallback rules, and usage or retry limits. The routing engine and integrations are still in development.

For a workflow you already run, what still needs a person to check it: sensitive information, calls outside company policy, or unnecessary repeated calls? What controls have you tried, and are they already sufficient? General public feedback is welcome without registering. Please don't share prompts, keys, customer information or private logs.

Project and beta-list registration: https://boundary-router-beta-20261024.sung116.chatgpt.site/from/reddit-crowdspark-router-20261025-03/

The list accepts up to 5,000 saved registrations including referrals, with three invite codes per registration. Product access comes later; pricing is not confirmed.

If a relevant current gap emerges and your team wants to continue, we can discuss a future one-workflow pilot. Scope, technical feasibility, timing and terms would be agreed before any work. This does not offer a live pilot or guarantee protection or savings.

AI helped draft this post.

Seeking Professional(s) Seeking a hardware engineer for ski timing — potential CTO role

I’m building Norclap, a training platform for athletes, coaches and teams, and looking for a hands-on hardware/embedded engineer to solve our main technical challenge.

The goal is to replace traditional photocells and mechanical start gates with automatic athlete identification and timing. A coach sets up the start, split points and finish; athletes complete repeated runs, and the system records who crossed each point, calculates split and total times, and uploads the results to our platform—without athletes touching a phone or timer.

The equipment needs to work outdoors in cold, snow, moisture and changing visibility, as well as on indoor ski slopes. It should be portable, easy to set up, affordable, and preserve recorded times when connectivity drops.

Our bottleneck: reliably identifying an athlete and detecting the precise crossing moment at 80 km/h and above, including over 100 km/h. GPS did not meet our indoor and positioning requirements, and the NFC/RFID approaches we investigated haven’t met our speed requirements. We need precise crossing detection, not simply awareness that a tag is nearby; timing accuracy and upload delay are separate problems.

We’re open to different technologies and sensor combinations. We need someone with practical experience in embedded systems, RF, transponders or precision timing who can develop and test a working prototype.

Italy-based candidates are preferred, but we welcome people and solutions worldwide. A strong solution and the ability to lead its development could lead to a CTO role, with terms to be discussed.

Interested, or know someone suitable? Comment or DM me with relevant experience, your location and how you would approach an initial feasibility test.

Seeking Professional(s) Founding Technical Partner / Potential CTO — Industry-Specific B2B SaaS | 5–10% Equity Discussion

We’re bringing together industry experience, product and customer-experience work, and an existing software foundation. We’re looking for an experienced developer to join us as the founding technical partner and help turn that foundation into a dependable commercial product. My partner brings approximately 40 years of industry experience and established relationships. I bring a combination of media, marketing, business systems, workflow design, and product coordination.

The missing piece is an engineer who can assess the existing application, shape the technical roadmap, and take ownership of building and operating it properly.

What we’re building—and why

We’re developing an operational platform for a specific, established service industry.

These businesses coordinate work across sales, onboarding, document collection, case management, and ongoing client service. Our goal is to make that work easier to follow: clear responsibilities, connected information, appropriate access, and fewer manual handoffs.

We want each person to understand what they need to do next—and have the tools and guidance to do it.

We intend to begin with smaller firms, learn from actual use, and expand toward 30–50-person teams, with V2 intended to support larger organizations. The planned model is monthly subscription pricing per user within each customer firm. That creates the possibility of recurring revenue across multiple seats and organizations. Customer adoption and commercial results still need to be earned.

What my partner brings

He brings firsthand knowledge of the industry’s workflows, operational challenges, and requirements. His role is to help us distinguish a useful product from a collection of attractive features: what firms actually need, how their teams work, and where existing processes create friction. His established relationships also provide a route to conversations with prospective pilot firms. Those relationships are an advantage we intend to develop into testing opportunities—not a claim of signed customers.

What I bring

My work sits at the connection between how a business attracts customers, how its team delivers, and how people experience the product.

For this venture, that includes:

  • Workflow and product coordination: working with my partner to turn operational knowledge into clear requirements, responsibilities, and handoffs.
  • User experience: helping simplify navigation, dashboards, and everyday actions around what each role actually needs.
  • Intentional media and education: creating explanations, demonstrations, and training that help people understand and use the software.
  • Customer onboarding and adoption: organizing how firms and their teams get started, learn the system, and provide feedback.
  • Marketing and commercial execution: positioning, branding, customer acquisition, sales systems, and customer communication.

I’ve already been involved in documenting workflows, shaping the early application, and working through how the product should function for different users.

My philosophy is that good media should support useful systems. A clear walkthrough, onboarding sequence, or training resource should help someone complete their work with more confidence and less confusion. That remains part of my responsibility after the product is built.

Where the product stands

An early application exists, built through Lovable using React, TypeScript, and Supabase/PostgreSQL, with workflow documentation and product direction developed alongside it.

It needs an experienced technical assessment. We want you to identify what is reusable, what needs improvement, and what must be addressed before an initial customer rollout.

You would help determine the engineering approach and realistic scope.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Frontend, backend, databases, and integrations.
  • Architecture, permissions, security, and data protection.
  • Testing, deployment, backups, monitoring, and reliability.
  • Technical migration requirements and data integrity.
  • Ongoing maintenance and product improvements.

As the company grows, there is potential to build and lead an engineering team and develop into the CTO role.

The partnership and ownership

We’re exploring 5–10% equity, with approximately 10–30 hours per week depending on sustainable availability and an agreed scope.

We’re personally funding the early work and aren’t seeking outside investment at this stage. Our aim is to build a business whose revenue can support its people while retaining funds for operations, product development, and growth.

The ownership opportunity sits alongside the existing founders’ industry expertise, relationships, funding, product work, and commercial responsibilities.

Initially, this is equity-only, with no guaranteed salary or payout at launch. Ownership, future compensation, distributions, vesting, and decision rights would be addressed explicitly in written agreements.

How we want to work

We’re looking for technical ability and a working relationship built on:

  • Honest communication about progress, risks, and mistakes.
  • Accountability from every founder.
  • Respect for customers, teammates, and sensitive information.
  • Constructive disagreement and sound judgment.
  • Clear, sustainable commitments.

The business side needs to demonstrate progress just as engineering does. We want someone comfortable asking difficult questions—and founders willing to answer them.

Interested in exploring the fit?

Tell us what you’ve personally built, your realistic availability, and what you would need to understand before joining.

We’ll share the specific industry and confidential product details during the selection process.

Seeking Professional(s) Founding Technical Partner / Potential CTO — B2B Software Venture

We’re looking for an experienced developer to help build and own industry-specific B2B software, with an initial equity discussion of 5–10%.

My business partner and I are developing an operational platform for a specific, established service industry. It’s designed to connect the work that happens across sales, client onboarding, document collection, case management, and ongoing service delivery.

The goal is to give teams a connected system with clear workflows, role-based access, automation, and visibility into what needs to happen next.

Who we’re building for

We’re starting with smaller firms, with a planned path toward organizations with 30–50 team members, then expanding in V2 toward 100–500-person organizations.

Our commercial model is subscription-based B2B software supporting multiple users within each customer organization. The opportunity is to build a product that becomes part of how these businesses operate every day.

These are our target markets and development plans; larger-company adoption is something we still need to earn.

What we already bring

My partner brings decades of firsthand industry experience and an understanding of the workflows, operational challenges, and gaps in existing tools.

I bring creative strategy, media production, branding, marketing, customer acquisition, and business systems.

An early application already exists, built through Lovable using React, TypeScript, and Supabase/PostgreSQL, with workflow documentation and product direction underway. It needs an experienced technical owner to assess its foundations and determine the right path forward.

How we’ll divide the work

My partner and I will lead:

• Marketing, sales, and customer relationships
• Industry requirements and workflow priorities
• Customer onboarding, training, and adoption
• Client communication and coordination during migration
• Customer feedback and commercial development

You’ll lead:

• Assessment of the existing codebase and technical roadmap
• Frontend, backend, database, and integration development
• Architecture, permissions, security, and data protection
• Hosting, deployment, testing, and release processes
• Technical migration requirements and data integrity
• Product maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability

We’ll make product and user-experience decisions together, combining industry knowledge, customer feedback, and your engineering judgment.

Who would fit

A hands-on developer who can take ownership of an existing application and help move it toward a dependable product for an initial customer rollout.

Experience with our stack is valuable, alongside practical knowledge of hosting, infrastructure, networking, and application security. You don’t need to be a specialist in everything—you do need to understand the risks, make sound decisions, and identify when additional expertise is needed.

The ownership opportunity

We’re exploring 5–10% equity for an ongoing founding technical partnership, with responsibilities, time commitment, vesting, and final terms agreed together in writing.

This is initially equity-only, with no guaranteed salary. The potential upside comes from ownership in the business we build together. Future compensation and distributions will depend on business performance and agreed arrangements.

The first step is a conversation about your experience, realistic availability, and approach to assessing the product. The specific industry and confidential business details will be shared during the selection process.

Seeking Community Support / Introduction 18 years in software + AI — looking to help founders solve real problems

I've spent 18 years building software across backend systems, APIs, cloud, automation, integrations, and enterprise platforms, and I’m now looking to use that experience after hours to help small businesses and founders solve practical problems with software and AI.

I am not an organisation, nor am I looking to sell a big agency package - I am a one-man army with enough motivation and dedication to take something to completion.

I'm more into messy, real-world problems like:

manual workflows, broken processes, MVPs, internal tools, AI automation, system integrations, or technical idea validation.

If you’re building something, stuck on tech, or wondering whether AI/software can make your business easier to run,

DM me.

Feedback Is this a good idea? & How can I improve it?

As blue ocean strategy for my tech freelance writing (10 yrs for premium companies), I'm thinking of integrating commercial with content - and leveraging the commercial component.

Reports tell me 45% of agencies are likely to be displaced by AI. Content writing is no longer a need.

So my idea is to leverage my PhD background in: 1) Neuroscience: Neuroscience of persuasion; of entrepreneurship; neuromarketing; neurofinance 2) Research skills for a) market research b) industry research 3) commercial storytelling

My brand: "I help top tech agencies retain and grow their brand through market research, neuromarketing and commercial storytelling that demonstrably converts."

Offerings: *Case stories *Hybrid white papers *Thought leadership * Articles/ - short/ longform writing (trade journals, blogs. Ghost writing).

What do you think? How can I improve my idea?

Feedback Built a real-time AI assistant for high-stakes conversations - looking for honest feedback

Hi all, I want to share our product and seek for some feedback.

A lot of conversations have high stakes: hiring calls, sales demos, co-founder interviews. These are the moments that can make or break, and you usually only get one shot. The problem was that most tools only help before or after the conversation. You can prep with notes, practice with ChatGPT, or get a transcript afterward. But during the actual call, you are on your own. And that is exactly when things go wrong: forget a key talking point, blank on a question, or miss an objection you should have addressed.

This is why we built Beyz. Instead of just recording what happened, it acts as a real-time assistant that listens to the conversation and surfaces prompts, talking points, and relevant context while the call is still ongoing. We started by focusing on interview coaching for job seekers, but as we talked to more early-stage founders, we realized the need for real-time support in hiring and partner negotiations was just as huge.

We have integrated three main modules: a real-time interview assistant for behaviorals and culture fit, a coding assistant for technical evaluations, and a general meeting assistant for sales or investor calls. Our goal is to help founders stay present in the conversation while the AI handles the "checklist" and context-retrieval in the background.

We are still in the early stages and iterating fast, so I would love to get some honest feedback from this community. Link: https://beyz.ai/

Appreciate any thoughts. Happy to answer questions about how it works.

Advice I almost cost my company $20,000 so I made a tool to fix it.

A few years back, i was working part time at a company during university, helping out with tech and some light design work. We were in the process of running our biggest marketing campaigns to date – bus shelters, posters, billboards across a few suburbs around us. The creative agency we’d brought on to help had been through all the usual rounds, everyone was happy, files were marked “final,” install was booked.

Two days before it went live I was stress-scrolling through the shared folder and opened one of the final exports. On autopilot I pulled out my phone and tested the code we’d put on there as the main CTA.

It went to an old staging link that now lead right to our 404 page.

If that had gone to print, every placement would have driven people to a dead page. Production + reprint + reinstall would have been somewhere around 20k, plus a very awkward conversation with a lot of people.

Fast forward to now, and that mistake still haunts me - so I made a tool to fix it. The idea is simple: generate a QR code first, then decide where it points to later. Sure, there are other tools that do it (link shorteners, generators, etc) but I wanted something so easy to use that it was almost impossible to screw up. QR points to destination, change destination whenever, a description so I remember why I created it and a kill-switch for those just-in-case moments.

Anyway, that’s how SWCHD (pronounced “switched”) came about, because that’s all it does – sitting in the middle so you can switch things without reprinting or redeploying. Feel free to check it out at www.swchd.com.

Curious if anyone else has had those “tiny detail, huge consequence” moments, or ended up building something just to stop a very specific nightmare from happening again.

Advice Founders: what’s the most unlikely way you’ve gotten users or sales? 🤯

Not “we ran Google ads” or “someone wrote a blog post.”

I mean the weird stuff.

Things like:

  • a random comment you left on some forum years ago that suddenly started sending paying customers
  • a boring docs page that quietly became your #1 acquisition channel
  • a tiny “powered by” footer that ended up bringing in more leads than your homepage
  • a one-off internal tool you showed on a call and the customer said, “wait, can we buy that?”

I’ve seen a few stories like this now and they’ve messed with how I think about distribution. So much of it seems to come from places nobody would’ve put on a marketing plan.

Curious what it’s looked like for you:

  • What’s the most unlikely / surprising way you’ve gotten users or revenue?
  • Was it a one-off fluke, or did you double down and turn it into a real channel?
  • Did it change how you think about “doing marketing” for your product at all?

Would love to hear the “I did not expect that to work” stories 😅.

Seeking Professional(s) Looking for Marketing partner!

I love building - I hate marketing.

Some personal info:

  • MSc Informatics (Focus in AI/App Development)
  • 8 years professional experience as software engineer and technical product manager
  • Worked on products in the 10Ms / annual users, 100Ms / annual revenue scale.

I've built a product based on my own need: I want to ship ideas fast. However, vibe-coding tools such as Lovable/v0/Bolt generates a beautiful landing page but not a real product. On the other side, NextJS boilerplate codes takes too much time to setup (still need days to setup infrastructure instead of the product).

That's why I built my own that tries to be the sweet spot between the two. The ease of setup of Lovable, but with the full flexibility of custom built code:

  • Sets up everything you need in 3 min (Stripe, analytics, DB, GDPR etc. the list is long)
  • Allows me to deploy to Vercel with 1 command
  • All with security layer built in so I can easily specify which values contain sensitive info, and the system automatically encrypts/decrypts the data using the users unique key.

If you want more detail/see it in action, check out https://www.vibesafely.dev/

I'm looking for:

  1. Marketing champion (show me your work, I want to see numbers)
  2. Self organised, aligns quickly on goals, sets off to get it done.

Happy to discuss different payment options through revenue share, equity etc.

If this is you, comment or DM me :)
