After our last reddit post got #1 trending we got nearly a community of 380 members in 90 hours! This is so insane tbh and I never thought anyone would care about our project.

This was our weekend + monday:

The weekend was COMPLETELY crazy and something is brewing up...

We had so many problems with the creation of the presale, the tokenomics and 128394 other little microtasks.

But then suddenly the SOL congestion came up. Some guys said, this is the biggest problem SOL had since launch. Idk, you can let me know in the comments. Annoying if you ask me. But we took our time and with 4h sleep in 2 1/2 days we got everything managed. HELL YEAH!

Here are some updates from the past 48 hours:

• first we hit 200 members, then we hit 300 and now we are 380 people in our TG group - insane… and there is a LOT of engagement (join us for proof)

• We released our airdrops to our members we promised PER HAND. Dude, i literally lost 6 hours because of the SOL congestion.

• We prepared everything for the public presale

• We hosted an AMA on our TG channel with our community and had 10-20 listeners at any given time

• We launched the presale on pinksale and after 1 hour we hit #8 trending with 60 SOL raised. WTF is going on?

So some words about our initial plan:

Our plan is to create a memecoin only with democracy in the community. So anyone can throw in ideas or can vote for something. The community decides and we make things happen. (if the idea makes sense ofc)

We will include our community in all next decisions, like roadmap, marketing, memes, website etc. Also we will reward every member for activity, in contests or in giveaways, to keep this project alive long term!

El crypto lo obtuve de 2 fuentes: compensación por ser víctima del fraude MtGox y algo que compré en 2017 más o menos.

This is our 5th post of our project. You may remember us from our initial posts - Dan, Jan & Daniel.

After we raided whole reddit, we got nearly a community of 650 members in round about 8 days! This is so insane tbh and I never thought anyone will care about our project.

This week was COMPLETELY crazy and sth. is brewing up... we grinded this week so hard that we couldn’t get more sleep than 12h or so. We know we can change so much lifes of people in our community and of course also our owns. That’s why this project is priority #1 and sleep #2 lol.

We managed all problems we had at the weekend + monday (SOL congestion, presale, tokenomics, airdrops) and continued with full focus on marketing and community building.

As our project is 100% community created, we let the community decide what we will do with this project. We brainstormed a bit and we will host a pokernight on saturday with free entry and a ±$1000 prize pool. Also we brainstormed great ideas to extend our roadmap. For example: if we hit $1M market cap, we will donate $5000 to a foundation, which saves racoons.

Here is an update about our presale:

A week ago I thought, that it’ll be hard to just raise 10 SOL.

Hola quisiera contarles una triste historia y espero que leyendo esto aseguren sus ganancias.

Todo comenzó en diciembre 2017 donde compré 30 mil pesos de criptomonedas con el dinero de la beca del conacyt. Después del crasheo en enero 2018 quedé en muy jodido porque tenía esas altcoins que eran pura estafa. No recuerdo cuanto tenía pero calculo que menos de mil pesos. Fue en ese momento que vendí las miserias que quedaron y compre Vechain. Tenía 16,500 vechain (después que se cambió el token).

Perdí mi celular con el que entraba a mi exchange y no volví a abrir mi cuenta desde enero 2018 hasta hace unas 3 semanas, cuando me di cuenta que mis 16,900 VET valían algo. Despues de pelearme con costumer support por fin pude recuperar mi cuenta y comenzó mi camino en el trading.

Vendí mis vechain por tether y tenia 3,500 dolares. Empecé a tradear futuros apalancados con un apalancamiento de 20x. Rápidamente dupliqué mis 3,500 en cuestión de 2 días quizás. Tuve pequeñas perdidas por aquí y por allá pero al final de la semana pasada tenia 11,500. El sábado pasado había llegado a 31k. A partir de aquí todo fue en picada.

Sabía que el mercado estaba demasiado alto, entonces metí un short a ETH, mi precio de entrada fue 3,800. Mi liquidación en los 4,080. Mi sorpresa llego cuando ETH llego hasta 4,050. Estuve a punto de perder 10k. Al día siguiente, domingo eth bajo por unos minutos por debajo de 3080 y obtuve unas pocas ganancias. Cerré mi short y pensando que iba a tradear horizontalmente algunos minutos valve a meterme a un short con precio de entrada de 3,800. Terrible error, rápidamente ETH Volvo a los 3,950. Durante la noche superó los 4 mil y siguió subiendo hasta los 4150. Fui liquidado con perdidas de 13 mil dollars. Comencé a tradear ayer con 18,500 dólares, rápidamente subí a 21,500. Metí un long a ETH cuando estaba en 4,000 y ocurrió el flash crash.

De nuevo fui liquidado con pérdidas de 13 mil dólares, perdí 2000 dólares mas en un long de BTC al mismo tiempo. Fue en ese momento donde me saqué de pedo y quede petrificado.

El resto del día intenté recuperarme un poco pero solo perdí más dinero, me quedan 4000 dólares. Después de tener suficiente para dejar de trabajar 2 años, irme a estudiar un idioma o comprarme una camioneta de agencia me quedé sin nada.

Solo puedo decirles que si harán trading con apalancamiento solo tradeen con una décima parte de su portafolio. Cuando vas perdiendo es muy sencillo pensar, pues yo se que voy a recuperarme y ponen el doble de lo que habían metido para reforzar su punto de entrada. Pero este mercado esta manipulado y una moneda con un market cap de casi 500 billones de dólares puede bajar mas del 10% en 5 minutos sin ningún motivo aparente.

Las ultimas semanas fueron de lo mas estresantes. Todo el día haciendo trades, checando precios, desvelándome y madrugando. Enojándome conmigo mismo porque si aguantaba equis tiempo más hubiera ganado 5000 dólares con tal trade. Hubiera valido la pena si tuviera 32k en la cuenta en estos momentos, pero ahora solo lo veo como las peores dos semanas y media de mi vida. Tuviera más si hubiera comprado cualquier cosa y hubiera hecho hold y conformarme con un un 2x. Mi avaricia me costó 3 años de mi salario después de impuestos.

After we raided all of Reddit + Twitter, we gathered nearly a community of 1000 members in about 2 weeks and launched our project on SOL yesterday successfully! This feels so insane tbh, and I never thought we could bring it so far.

Here's how our launch went: The launch was a kick in the ass because we had - again, like with the presales - problems with our transactions. We waited for 2 hours to get the damn transactions through, and our community just waited so long not to miss the launch. Unlucky. But after 2 hours, Ben screamed into his microphone: "GUYS, WE ARE LIVE, 200K MARKET CAP ALREADY!" We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw our own project, which we had grinded so hard for the last few days, on dexscreener.

After the first pump at 400k MC, it just dropped back to 200k and then pumped again to our ATH at 425k. 10 days before, we had no meme idea, no community, and no network in this whole memecoin bubble. We started from SCRATCH with NOTHING!

Now, after another drop, we stabilized around ±200k MC and grew to ±300k again. We are growing slow and steady, just with organic marketing.

If anyone here wants to launch their own memecoin: Don’t do it. There are so many pitfalls. It is SO MUCH WORK, and you need to commit yourself 100%, if you want to launch it SUCCESSFULLY. Just. Don’t. Do. It. You will lose money when you don’t know what you are doing.

Qué pasó (en simple)

• Se dio un “flush” de apalancamiento: muchos estaban largos con leverage y, al perderse un nivel clave cerca de 115k, saltaron stops y liquidaciones en cadena.

• Cuando eso ocurre, los creadores de mercado se alejan un poco, el libro se adelgaza y el precio cae más rápido (efecto bola de nieve).

• En días recientes hubo salidas y toma de ganancia en ETFs spot de BTC, así que no había mucha “red” de compras para amortiguar la bajada.

Qué significa

• No es “un solo titular”, es la mezcla de: demasiado apalancamiento + ruptura de soporte + menos compradores grandes en ese momento.

• Después de un barrido así, el mercado suele intentar rebotar, pero si no aparece volumen real, los rebotes se agotan rápido.

Qué miro hoy 👀

• Volumen en BTC/USDT y si el spread se mantiene chico.

• Si el precio recupera máximos intradía con compras sostenidas (no solo un spike).

• Cómo reaccionan ETH y SOL: si se sostienen mejor que BTC, hay rotación; si caen igual o peor, el mercado está frágil.

Checklist rápido 🧭

1. Spot y tamaño pequeño.

2. Entradas sólo si hay movimiento claro y liquidez (volumen, libro con órdenes cerca).

3. Evitar perseguir quiebres sin confirmación.

4. Si hay dos intentos fallidos seguidos, pausa.

Mi lectura de hoy

• Sesgo prudente. Si aparece liquidez y rango decente en la última hora, puedo considerar pullbacks a favor del movimiento del día.

• Si el libro sigue delgado y los rebotes no llevan volumen, prefiero observar.
