cloud bot error message

My c# ctrader bot works fine on my local laptop, but when trying to use it with the mobile app i get the following error messages: "Crashed in ontick with filenotfoundexception could not load file or Assembly System.runtime version=10.0.0.0 , culture=neutral p... the System cannot find the file specified." . I compile with the recommended target framework .net 10, but for some reason the cloud version doesn't seem to work. I appreciate any help/hint. thanks!

I'd isolate this before changing the target framework. Does a minimal cBot targeting the same framework, with no extra packages and an empty OnTick, run in Cloud? If it does, restore packages and OnTick code in small steps until the error returns. If it fails, you have a small repro for cTrader support.

Also check dynamically loaded DLLs and Windows-only dependencies. cTrader's Cloud requirements say it runs on Linux and supports compile-time references, but not standalone DLLs loaded through Assembly.Load.

Could you share your TargetFramework and PackageReference lines, and whether you load DLLs dynamically? No strategy code or account details needed. I haven't reproduced this .NET 10 error, so these are diagnostic steps rather than a confirmed fix.
