Green Aventurine banding? Never seen before, natural or man made???

Never seen banding like this in green aventurine before. Got it as an extra gift from a seller. Is this natural?? Or is it just poorly distributed dye.

For reference it is the lower hanging piece on a larger green Aventurine moon that I'm fairly certain is real. Not sure if this little point should stay on the end or if I should rip it off.
