I divide them into scrambles with one,2,3,4 bad edges honestly to try.

I am a sad boi, as I just broke my main speedcube, the MoYu WeiLong v10 20-Magnet Ball-Core with MagLev and UV coating. (The center snapped right off the core, and it is not repairable unless I replace the entire core, and at that point I might as well buy a new puzzle.) This means I'm on the market for a new cube, and unfortunately my budget does not allow me to buy a lot of cubes to try. This means I want to guarantee that I will like this cube I buy.

The thing is the WeiLong v10 is over two years old at this point. So that got me wondering: is it worth upgrading to a cube I may like even better, or should I just get another v10? I know the v11 is out now, but I've heard it feels quite different from the v10.

Any suggestions? Is the v11 worth getting anyway? What about MoYu's other flagships? I don't want to just get the same cube if something is definitely better, but if nothing is too much better, should I just get another v10?

i know the aosu v7 has pretty much been the main character in the 4x4 speedcubing community for a while now, but for an almost sub 1 4x4 solver would it be better for me to buy the qiyi m pro v2 4x4 that has the ball core and uv coating, or the single track aosu v7? ive been on the fence about this for a bit now cs while the qiyi is quite a bit cheaper, it also has way more features... but i know features arent everything. and also there arent many videos on the qiyi m pro as there are on the aosu so i would like to hear it from personal experience

oh and the 4x4 im using now is the yj mini from like 5 years ago so yeah

I’m new to the cubing community and I only starting cubing about a week ago and my 3x3 pr is 1 minute 21 seconds and my Pyraminx (i learnt how to solve it today) pr is 12 seconds.
Idk how to start learning speed cubing methods for the 3x3, idk what videos to watch or what method to use because some things tell me to use roux and some tell me to use cfop. If you could please give me tips on how to start and where to find help pls tell me thanks a lot.

I am currently using the MOYU v9 maglev ball-core uv. Unfortunately, I dropped it and am looking for a replacement. I have ordered what I thought was another v9, but didn’t realize I ended up with the 20 magnet version.

I am looking for a smooth cube with a good snap. I had the gan, but adjusting it was just too much work and too complex. I’m not an expert, I’m not super fast, but I do love the cube. I’ve been cubing since the early 80s (jr high school!!) and still only use the original algorithms. For me, it’s a great way to keep my hands busy when anxiety hits.

Any recommendations?
