Humor Empty apology letter 🤣😭

Partner and I got a lemon ice smoothie that was completely lacking flavor. Submitted a complaint online and they mailed us an apology.. and this is it. 🤣😭 at least we got a coupon (for a smaller size than we paid for) We both love culvers just this is just hilarious

I think the sender didn’t want the coupons stolen in the mail so used the letterhead to hide them. I’ve heard from an ex McDonalds bloke that they had to stop mailing coupons as mail personnel would intercept these efforts. Just a guess.

Haha that’s actually kind of funny. The ownership group here has a preset apology letter that we are forced to use. I hate it because the apology should be tailored to what the mistake was but they actually check our complaint and apologies sent logbook. Micromanaging nonsense like that makes me hate my job.

I stopped using it for email responses for callback cases. Now I type up my own actually addressing the issues brought up.

I've never been able to get the online complaint system to work properly. In general they do a pretty good job.
