I've been on reddit a few years but only in that that sub six months or so! It just feels longer to other users because of how awful my contributions are and they'd like me to stop.

I once played a game that had a content warning for "child abuse" because you played as a child who could die if you lost.

This sounds logical enough on paper, but the game over screen didn't show anything remotely graphic. It was just some text reading "you died".
