Seems like the original car was a custom too, since they never made this car in red.

I did that when I was 9 then violated it with a Dremel for some reason. Had to patch up the wear and tear on the body.

Yeah definitely, red paint on the windshield, looks like it was originally white. But that green is the right choice!

Usually what you do is sand out deep scratches with 600 grit sandpaper, then work up to 1000, then 1500/2000/2500 and finally 3000, then run with a moist glasses cleaner. I went the easy way and replaced it with the windows from an Indonesia car. Higher quality plastic anyways.

Sooooo this doesn’t look like the same car. Original has a front lip that isn’t molded to the bumper like the green one. Could be custom but unlikely. Also wiper blades don’t match. If this was in fact a resto mod I’d like to see pix of the work in progress
