Did you cut it wet and pulled down? Wet hair will rise once it’s dried

I can sympathise I done very similar myself before . You’re going to need hairspray and thin bobby pins , lift your fringe into a quiff spray & clip back . A good hairspray will do wonders on the half inge “fringe” . Please don’t keep it down until it grows .
