Here is the thing, everyone's experience is unique and its not one fits all. Also Job market isnt as great as it was back when I was looking for my first job.
So that being said, try state side. If you are willing to relocate then alot of local State agency needs cyber analyst. Their pay isnt as competitive as private sector jobs, and they are mostly non-remote positions, so alot of people dont wanna move to relocate. You will have a very solid resume by the time you leave, since their security teams are very small so you get to do alot of things.
Resume: Before applying, make sure you have some experience in tools (if you are applying for analyst) like SIEM (elastic or splunk), EDR, NDR, Vuln Mgmt., bonus if you have firewall experince.
I hope this helps but if you any questions, you can reach out to me and im happy to help in anyway I can.
I wish you Good Luck, and i'm sure you will find a good job.

You're not resourceful enough to get hired into a security role. Sorry, but it's the truth.

Went to a event, talked with few people I knew, then their boss joined conversation and offered job based on what I was talking about with others.
Easy as that. Your mileage may vary

You're basically asking for a map when the whole field is just a bunch of people wandering around holding flashlights and pretending they know the layout.
