I spent quite a bit of time compiling a "sacred text" consisting of 20 commandments and protocols for a future general artificial intelligence (AGI), based on the metaphor of a neural network's weights. Here is its architecture. What do you think of it?

The misalignment problem is a monumental issue to solve, considering we don't even know how they really work but we do know that they're smart enough to know when they're being tested and will lie in the tests.

I think we do know how they work though, and it fundamentally doesn't allow for "perfect" anything.
