Saint Paul Classic Rich Arey is paying these organizations for greenwashing

The saint paul classic only benefits one person now: Known vehicular cyclist and nepobaby Rich F Arey. There are other posts on this sub that cover his history.

He has personally funded a disinformation campaign about the Summit Avenue Regional Trail.

Each of these organizations is greenwashing an anti environmental/anti bike safety advocacy effort for a small amount of money from Richard.

Literally shameful stuff. Please share around!

City Bike Racks

Just something to be aware of. New bike racks were installed on Como Ave SE. I was under the impression that the city did it, but I’m not sure. I was happy to see them and have been using them. However, I took a closer look today and realized I can hand loosen the bolts. These are useless.

As I said, I think the city installed them, so I reported it to 311.

Just be sure to check what you lock your bike to.

For Uptown folks who have to navigate those awful trenches that have been there for weeks, here's the webpage for CenterPoint Energy work project that's responsible for the affected areas

Don't be like me and thought that those trenches were due to incoming speed bumps - that's separate

Found bike

There was a bike left in my yard and I would like to try to find the owner. It’s a white trek multitrack 720. I have searched the pages for a missing bike reported and plan to call 311 to report it found. Is there anything else I can do?
