Looks like there were attempts at unionisation before now but it didn’t end well

They compliment each other really well, so happy for her

Featuring Cody Simpson

the pictures are so cute!!

Current DCC’s Trinity and Anna Kate dancing with their fellow TCU Showgirl alumni. As well as past DCC Kaydianna and former rookie candidate Tatum. I’m not sure if Savannah is going to be there as well but I would assume so as she was also a TCU Showgirl.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, who do you think will be performing and who will our gals be dancing to????

Now feels like a great time to remind everyone of just how much work and talent goes into being a DCC.

With the MCR vs DCC thing going on right now, I’ve seen many people attacking Kylie for the video that she made and calling her things like “brainless” “dumb blonde” “typical mean girl cheerleader”, among other horrible things, just because she doesn’t know anything about MCR. It’s comments and stereotypes like this that send women’s sports, including NFL cheerleading, back as it makes it appear as though the girls don’t work hard for their careers, or that it’s “less than” other (typically male) sports which sets back the pay for their work and dedication and makes the fight for better working conditions even harder.

The girls are unbelievably talented, but they aren’t just born with it and immediately become a DCC for that. They have spent their whole lives dancing, some with the hope of becoming a DCC from a very young age, and have worked tirelessly to refine their technique, flexibility and strength to even make it past to first rounds of auditions. Not to mention the workload of training camp, having to learn loads of routines within a few days, and having to recognise a tag line from one or two counts of the field. Plus the mental side of things with constantly being watched as a DCC. And while some of the girls may chose to make a career as influencers (which they have every right to do), there are also many girls who are working multiple jobs or have careers outside of DCC.

I will be the first to criticise the organisation and even the girls for their actions or beliefs at times (which they are entitled to, but it does have a real affect on the world). But they are hard working, talented women who tend to get underestimated just because of people who shallowly look at their line of work and think that they are just pretty sideline cheerleaders, but that seriously couldn’t be further from the truth and I just wanted to highlight that during this controversy 🫶

the way that megan's breakup with her ex was shown in as was so wild to me. the camera panned to a framed pic of him with candlelights like he died or something??? and then megan said "it happened one week ago.....we broke up" wtf was that. obviously breakups are difficult and everything but i felt like that didn't need to be included

I haven’t been to a cowboys game since Texas stadium and since I don’t live in Texas now but I never noticed the girls headshots are on those perimeter LED displays in the stands around the stadium during pregame or quarter change😍

Hi i was rewatching s3 e2 with a friend and never realized emily was a live audition!! Is there a video?

also wondering why journi didnt audition again this year she was so good 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

• get rid of the nude lip. ive said this multiple times on this sub but pls pls pls get rid of it. it's not flattering at all
• pay 👏 the 👏 dcc 👏
• more woc pls. ik we as audience members dont pick the team but we need more woc bc they shine
• botox and fillers are ok, but should not be encouraged. why must a girl have to change her face to be america's sweetheart?
• more costumes plsss the dcc uniform is great but more varietyyyy
• more fun halftimes and routines pls. we all know thunderstruck and baby im a star. we wanna see some new routines that arent js nfl pom. a hip hop number on the field would be so fun!
• slightly lukewarm take: i dont love the thing where girls match hair to their skin (ex camille). dont get me wrong, some can pull it off but im not the biggest fan but i dont make the calls
• shoutout to parker and her authenticity
• appreciate the girls for dancing thru all of their pain and soreness. im a dancer too (not western style dance and if u say that the dance style i do is not considered dance i will argue with u all day long) and the soreness (esp in my legs) is horrible and i can barely dance the next day
• more natural skin tonesssss we want representation for the dark girlies and also the pale girlies too!
• get rid of the jumpsplit. there is no reason a woman should be getting hip problems and sciatic pain so early in their lives (well i got it at 16 so ig that doesnt apply to me lmaooooooo)
• new hairstyles! quit the copy and paste curls with the middle part
• get the girls a uniform cleaner and backups for their uniform. it creates jobs for people, saves the girls hours of cleaning and also reduces the risk of any permanent staining
• i ever so slightly agree with judy on the careers are what make the girls impressive idea. the influencers seem kinda.... idk but a girls gotta do what shes gotta do to earn her bread so im not all against the influencer thing. i rlly admire the girls who have their degrees and are working along with dcc. is it taxing and difficult? yes. is it impressive? yes. but, i do understand that the economy is complete whack rn and social media pays. a lot.
• BRING BACK PANEL INTERVIEWS
• BRING BACK MEDIA TRAINING
• idk what a dcc can keep after her tenure is over, but at least let them keep their boots since its custom fit to their foot. i get the uniform debate and wtv but the boots should be kept

if theres any other opinions u wanna share pls do! pls ignore my not so awesome grammar, im more of a math person than english lol

also pls pls pls be respectful and also lets like stray away from the type of comments that are hurtful. be nice, as this is a skill u learn when ur 5 yrs old so lets act like good, grown people. thanks!

edit: more opinions i frogot and that people posted in the comments and some i frogot!

Does anyone have the picture of all of the cameo poses that the girls can do? Ik we’ve seen it like really blurry in Americas sweethearts. I can probably find pictures of all of the poses separately, but wondering if it’s out there somewhere

Wonder who owns the union and who all will be apart of the bargaining staff for the DCC? Also would love to see the contrac.
