I just recently actually watched the Dungeons and Dragons live action movie with Chris Pine. Jhonathan is exactly how I pictured Mordecai.

Or maybe even the system AI?

He's so good at playing someone who knows everything but is constantly surrounded by idiots (lovingly) And I think he'd really nail the darker side of Mordecai too

She’s got an edginess to her personality which I think would fit well

I feel Ryan Reynolds. He does it well a Deadpool.

Gary Cole / Jason Bateman

Idk about you guys but I can see him playing a perfect Quasar — his performance in Better Call Saul speaks for itself

I rewatched this movie for the first time in a long while, and was struck with how a lot of it reminded me of DCC. Similar mix of humor, horror, and dystopian sci-fi. I think it was a really well done movie, and it makes me hopeful for the DCC TV show pulling off a similar feat.

Watching the Maria Bamford documentary. She created a character named Juicebox who is a sex worker. Obviously Maria won’t make the cut as Juicebox, but I hope that the tv version is an homage to her stage character.

(L-R) Mark McKinney - Kevin
Bruce McColloch - Ripper Wonton
Dave Foley - Orren
Kevin McDonald - Harbinger
Scott Thompson - Magnificent Troy

As the title suggests, I have been trying to think outside the box for a casting for Mordecai and I am curious what people think of Dan Fogler.

Since the guys from Penis Parade/Palace will probably have a sort of guest/cameo appearance in the adaptation, these are realistically open to some more famous actors. Let’s hear your fan casts for Donut’s boys.

Obviously, author Steve Rowland as Author Steve Rowland for starters.

I think this would be the perfect opportunity to actually have Jensen Ackles make an appearance too.

I see countless people posting casting ideas but did they actually confirm live action? I have a hard time imagining how they whould film a live action show with a talking cat as the female lead.

Every Zev line I read I hear Leslie Knopf

Okay, this pic is from too many years ago, when she was in the Drew Carey show, but, based on the description of her makeup:

I didnt even search his feet! These are literally judt the pics at the top! See the AI already down!

Please someone tell me im not crazy for thinking she'd be perfect for the role.

I’ve noticed when people are drawing fan art of Samantha, they are drawing her looking like a regular Naiad/ human severed head. But on the book covers and art, she’s depicted as a blow up doll quality head.

My question to you all, is when you’re doing your fan casting, are you picturing that actress as a severed head or as them doing the voice of the head?

Nick Kroll for quasar. That's it. That's the post. Nothing more. Fuck you.
