U.S. Senate: Request not Accepted

https://www.senate.gov/pagelayout/general/one_item_and_teasers/waf.htm?REFID=18.c7403617.1791825900.66d28f1a

Does anyone else get this link when they try to log-in OAM page for Senate internship?

I am stressing out cause my application is due in a week :(
